Anger Management, Not so Easy!
The Road Away From Anger Is the Road to Wisdom and Peace.
BREATHE
Whenever you feel upset or angry, try to hold on to yourself for a while and focus on your breath. Take long deep breaths as it relaxes your body a little and also gives you time to think before you act and do something that you might regret later.
Taking this pause helps in making your thought process better and prevents further complications in your life.
Feel Good About Yourself
CONTEMPLATE
Let go off the belief that you are in control of everything in your life, and vice-e-versa. Some circumstance are just meant to be and you can only change the way you react to them. This will help you in channelizing your energy in better and productive things.
Practice forgiveness and harness understanding.
Think About the Better Things in Life!
EXPRESS
Talking about your emotions and distress is a better way to ease off the tension in your relationships. Sometimes the person whom you are angry with does not even know the exact reason of you feeling so. You need to lay down your expectations from them, of course without pressurizing them and need to tell them that why did you get hurt in the first place. There is nothing wrong in letting a dear one know that what can he or she can do to make you feel better in the relationship. But the most important thing is if you feel better about yourself the most, you are less prone to find flaws in others. So keep that ego at bay and give yourself a little break every now and then.
