An Instant Way To Make Yourself More Attractive

Updated on June 23, 2009

Be more attractive with this great tip!

If she can do it you can too!
If she can do it you can too!

Anyone can do this but most don't.

I am going to share with you a secret  (so few people realize this is actually a secret) that this will make you stand out from the crowd and be instantly more attractive to anyone, anywhere, at any time.

Now this is something that you were taught when you were three years old to when you were maybe 12 years old. People were constantly reminding you to do this and you did it for a little while, maybe, and then you stop doing it. Do you know what I am talking about yet?

When you see someone do this you automatically stop, pause, look, and you're usually drawn to this person.

The extent that this one little thing draws attention to you and makes you more attractive to others is simply amazing.

And the most amazing about this is that everyone can do it, most everyone, but very few actually do it. Very few people even recognize the effectiveness of this one small thing you can do to make yourself more attractive to others.

While this may require a small bit of exercise on your part, it doesn't require any special clothes, any special shoes, no makeup, nothing in the hair, and it certainly isn't something that will tire you out even if you do it all day long.

And you could do it all day long, you can do this standing, sitting, even leaning.

You can do this grocery shopping, walking the dog, at work and at home. You can even do this dancing, well, most types of dancing anyways.

And when I tell you what this one small thing is that you can do to make yourself more attractive to any person you're going to be simply amazed, and you will do it right away. Unfortunately, there's probably no one near you right now, because you're reading this on your computer, which is connected to the Internet. You can't actually do this on the Internet, but you could certainly make a recording and upload it and watch yourself doing it. Or maybe even watch someone else doing it. This is a safe for work activity.

When you do this and continue to do this you're going to find that people have a little better respect for you, they will look up to you more, you'll feel more assertive, and you will actually feel better about yourself too.

So, if you are sitting I want you to stand. Now, go ahead and stand-up.

I want you to stand up tall.

I want you to take several deep breaths and let them out slowly, and as you do this I want you to feel your chest expand and contract. Keep standing tall. Make sure your shoulders are back, your chest is out and your feet are planted firmly on the ground.

By standing tall with your shoulders back, and chest out with your stomach tucked in a little bit, you raise yourself up. Simply by standing tall you say to the world, using your body language, that you deserve notice and respect.

So if you want to be noticed, if you want to be attractive, if you want to get someone's attention, all you have to do is stand up. Straight and tall.

It does take practice to stand up straight, any regular person tends to slump forward and let their body go where it will. So practice this so you can stand out from the crowd.

Stand up. Tall.

You will feel wonderful.
