An Old Style Aphrodisiac Bath

Updated on December 17, 2009

Here is a nice gift for your sweetie.

This is a very old recipe that was once used to increase the mood of love.

You can increase the effects by adding candles placed romantically around the tub, a few flowers and warm soft towels at hands reach.

You can find these herbs available in loose bulk form for very little cost at health food store and herb shops on and offline.

The Rose buds and Pansy petals can be added loose in the water to float in the tub for added romantic effect.

 Ingredients:

Corn Poppy (a member of the Poppy plant family)

Early Flowering periwinkle

Fragrant Valerian

Maidenhair Herb

Male Fern Herb

Pansy Rose Buds

Mix equal parts of each herb.

Add one cup of the mixed herbs to 1 quart of water in a pan on the stove.

Bring to a boil.

Simmer 10-15 minutes.

Strain the mixture through cheese cloth and add the liquid to a nice warm bath.

Enjoy.

Perfect to take on vacation

      Hi,

Thanks for leaving a comment. The picture is from the highway near the Sea Lion Caves on the coast in Oregon. It's a great spot for picture taking!
