Ancient Eyes: Love God's Beautiful Treasures
Ancient Eyes
There are those
Sent to love us
And we hate them
Sent to teach
Sent to reach us
We betray them
Embrace fear
Fear embraces
We can't place them
So we hide
We despise
Try to erase them
I am he
I am she
A portrait of divine
I am you
I am WE
Look into ancient eyes of love
There are those
Sent to lead us
We don't follow
Sent to nurture
And feed the
Minds so hollow
Embrace hate
Hate embraces
We're too shallow
Worship ignorance
Ignoring
Beauty hallowed
I am she
I am he
A portrait of divine
I am you
I am WE
Look into ancient eyes of love
We float above the fray
Dance in innocence of day
Shine our light
For all to see
We are free
I am he
I am she
A portrait of divine
I am you
I am WE
Look into ancient eyes of love
Love God's Beautiful Treasures
True LOVE Has Many Forms
Be Who You Are
Often times we don't "approve" of things because we don't understand them, we were taught to fear them, or it is simply more comfortable to go along with the majority's thinking so we don't make waves. In so many ways that is giving up on the spectacular adventure that life could be. There is nothing I can think of that is more fulfilling than being true to yourself. There are plenty of miserable people going along with the miserable crowd. Some are not tolerant of anything that disturbs their idea of normal.
Hats off to those who have the courage to stand for what they truly believe in, and to those who stand alongside and support that courage. The above poem was written in support of everyone who feels "different." What a much sadder place the world would be if everyone was the same. I am truly grateful for all of the beautiful ways of being, as well as the freedom to express ourselves as ourselves. There is deep magic in being true to who you are.
You are beauty and eternity within. You are LOVE and you are so very loved.
Do you support people being true to who they are?
