Friends who criticize and judge you

Updated on April 30, 2012

We all need friends in life. However we need the right friends. We don't need friends who make us feel bad about ourselves.

Some friends could be very critical. They could ask questions that don't matter like "why do you wear brand names?" or make you feel upset over what tv show you watch. A true friend accepts you for who you are. They don't make you feel bad by judging what stores you shop at.

If you have a friend who is making you feel bad for choices that you made tell them how you feel. A true friend won't let that get in the way. A true friend will know that just because your different than them doesen't mean that they aren't special to you. True friends don't care about what you do they just care about being in your company.
