Gotta Have Love!
Love Makes The World Go Around
In times past, Love was the glue that held people together. Love was the hope of humanity. Love was the dream of the masses. Love was the fabric of society. Love was the happiness of the world. Love was the meaning of life. Since the beginning of time, as we know it, Love was the awe between lovers. Love was the innocence in a newborn baby's smile. Love was the strength to motivate mankind. Love was the atmosphere in our churches. Love was the encouragement to succeed. Love was the joy of Living. Love was the inspiration to overcome obstacles. Love was the common thread among the world. Love was shared by sisters. Love was embraced by the brothers. Love was cherished by couples. Love was alive in our everyday activities. Love was acknowledged as the cause of our very existence. Love was experienced at the workplace. Love was felt at home. Love was given by strangers. Love was welcoming your neighbor. Love was generosity to the poor. Love was a kind word. Love was opening your arms and heart to the world. Love was common among friends. Love was peace among men. Love was an example to follow. Love was a candle in the dark. Love was lending a helping hand to others. The King James Bible, John; 3:16, reminds us that God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever beleiveth upon him should not perish, but have everlasting life. However in today's world, Love is an ever fading flower, that continues to wither. As everywhere we look, there no longer remains Love among men. It has been replaced by violence and hatred spreading throughout the world, like a cancer. The multitudes have forgotten how to Love one another. And the Love for a stranger has disappeared without a thought of regret. Where has all of the Love gone? Did a thief come as we slept, stealing all of the world's Love from among men? Did men forget to Love? Did men overcome the need for Love, to pursue greater accomplishments? Can the world survive without Love? As we read this article, I hope in some small way, something will tug at our hearts, to help each of us to realize that Love is the essence of our being. There will never be an acceptable substitute for Love, the world has Gotta Have Love!
In summary, as each of us goes about our daily lives, maybe we can learn to once again include Love in our emotions, and promote Love in our communities as well as throughout the world. What a difference we could all make on this earth, with a little Love. LOVE MAKES THE WORLD GO AROUND!
