Breakup brings intense emotional pain and suffering called heartbreak. It is a very painful thing to be dumped by the one you love especially when you did nothing bad. Most scatterbrained men and women are fond of this. In most cases, this happens when love becomes sour.
LOL. I know come Feb. 14th many will experience this. So keep this article handy and read through it when the time comes.

••Don't blame yourself for anything.
••Think positive and how to move ahead.
••Forget the past and look to the future with optimism.
••It is always advisable to talk to someone mature and understanding.
••Seek professional help if necessary.
••Avoid things that will bring back old memories.
••Plan for the future; move on!
••Love yourself; eat and look good.
••Find ways to laugh every day. It helps.
••After sometime, open yourself up to love again
Getting over a heartbreak is one cumbersome task. But with the above listed points, you can be helped to cope and overcome it. Wish it; earn it. Love will find you again.
