Jen has graduated from St. Thoms Aquanis College in May of 2009 with a B.A. in Communications. She loves writing about relationships.

Everyone has heard of the best selling book The Secret by Rhonda Byrnes. It is all about the Law of Attraction. What about when it comes to your ex? Can you manifest someone back into your life? You sure can and here is how:

1) Ask for him to come back into your life.

2) Visualize seeing him again and how the conversation would go. Put feeling into the visualization and act as if it is really happening.

3) Believe that he will come back. Try not to tell too many people because they will put doubt into your head. If you really want him to come back into your life you must believe without a doubt that he will return.

4) Write a Thank You letter to the universe for him coming back into your life. Be Grateful that he came back into your life.

5) Leave it all up to the universe. Know that there is no time limit. It is all about the universe bringing him back to you. All you have to do is believe and let the universe deliver him to you when it is want to and how it wants to.

Always remember that people come back into your life. Stay on a positive vibration and expect things to happen in your favor.

Have you ever used the law of attraction to bring back an old flame?

I suggest that you focus on the positive attributes of your ex, and the happy experiences you shared. By focusing on all of his positive qualities and the happy experiences, rather than on him as a specific individual, you not only allow for the experience of having him come back, you are open to the Universe sending someone even better into your life.

It may indeed be that having your ex back is the best thing for you. On the other hand, it may not be the best choice for you.

Rather than limiting the Universe, be specific about the experiences that you want, whether it is moonlight walks on the beach or an attentive co-parent to your child, and you will indeed use the Law of Attraction to bring in your perfect partner.
