How to act on a first date | Great dating tips

Updated on June 28, 2010

This hub is somewhat an extension of my previous hub What attracts women | Ultimate secrets all guys should know about girls. Although it's not necessary, you might want to check it out, since it would provide you with a better understanding of the dating tips provided below.

So, first date, hugh?... You make a lot of effort to get it so you definitely don't want to ruin it, right? Therefore, I decided to share with you several great dating tips which will definitely increase your chances of getting another meeting. Although some of them might sound controversial, they are completely foolproof:

  • Never take your girl to expensive places on the very first date. She has to deserve it first.
  • Don't ask boring questions. Questions have to arouse her emotions. For example:

-What was the best experience you've ever had?

-When was the last time you laughed really hard?

Keep in mind, it's best to begin a question with "what", "when", "why" etc., since those type of questions require broad answers.

  • When you're at a loss for words, say something hilarious. Such as:

-Damn, we have so much to talk about, right? So why do you keep silent then?

  • Try not to give your girl full attention. Try to involve other people in a conversation every now and then. Although this might be a little weird, if you do not follow this tip, she might get bored.
  • Never promise her another date. Why? Because by not promising her another date you leave her in a state of uncertainty. She won't know whether you liked spending time with her or not. This will make her think about you and I am 100% sure that she will be first to contact you and ask for another meeting.

  • Always be on time or several minutes late. You want to make her think about you as much as possible, right?
  • When she's late - LEAVE. Never wait hours for to come. If she doesn't show up in 10 minutes, just leave. But that's not it. You also have to show her that you won't put up with such behavior. Do not contact her for several days. In case she tries to contact you, reject her phone calls and don't answer her text messages.

All the best.
