I Have To Get This Cleaning Done Before My Wife Gets Home

O.K. O.K. I heard it all before....Yah yah clean this room I am sick of it

It is my little office and I type on a lap top, all the hubs I can possibly dream up

Yes, it could be neater.but my wife could be a little sweeter

She knows I love to write and I only have so much time

She is out shopping and I have to get done before she gets home

I clean a little and reflect

I remember when I didn't have this junk to put around

Yes it was long ago and I was much younger then

Most people would say throw it out

I know your probably right

I am stubburn and what if I wanted that?

I will curse myself and wonder why did I thow it out?

My wife will say I never told you to throw it out

I just said clean the room so you can get in and out

Your moms coming up

I want the house to look nice

I write and she knows I try to keep things in order

But somehow one day leads to the next

One pile starts then there is one big mess

I have so many things to say

I will have to finish this hub another day

But i have hubbers to thank and have to visit there stories too

You don't want to hear

You have listened for weeks and nothing has changed

But I did the laundry and had to work as you can see

Excuses after excuses

You are not getting out of this

Know matter what you do

I will start and I don't know if I will finish

I am going out and I will see you when I get back

The phone will ring

Should I answer it?

I know who it is

Are you done yet?

You had better not be hubbing until the cleaning is done!!!

One box at a time

Two hours passed and one hub under way

I better stop before my wife catches me on the lap top today

One more line then i will be fine

I can type later when the cleaning is done

ooops the phone ringing

I told you this would happen

Should I really answer it?

What can I say I have been hubbing away

I will let it ring I'm busy cleaning that is my excuse

One clean room

One day to do it

Seems possible

Let me get back to you when I am done

I have hope and a little magic

It will be better than I imagined

Wait and see

I can hub and clean that is my secret

I will have the best of both worlds at my feet

Watch I can become the hubber who can clean

and hub a hub thats funny and my wife can't complain

Because I have done what she wanted

One hub away from happiness
