I Start right by having values and interests you share.
II Fully share as much of life's joys and work, sorrows, and responsibilities as possible.
III Remember that good communication means listening as well as speaking, both done to insure understanding.
IV Give unlimited, honest praise, and avoid hasty criticism.
V Money issues are best discussed before spending, and budget for saving.
VI Allow for the individuality that attracted you to each other.
VII Healthy sexual relations, healthy foods, and exercise, prolong a good, quality life together.
VIII Share a deep faith well-seasoned with hope and charity.
IX Reinforce each other with good humor and shared laughter.
X Seize every opportunity to truly forgive and move forward together.
