Signs That You Are Dating The Wrong Guy
How do you know if you are dating the right man? You may be sitting next to his personal representative now, but what will he be like in a few months? Here are some red flags to look out for. If you notice more than two on the first, second or third date... RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!
Conversation
This rule is number one for a reason. If he does not let you talk and you notice yourself not being able to get a word in edgewise, this will not change. Either he is in love with himself or very controlling.
If you find yourself controlling the conversation and trying to pull things out of him, constantly asking question after question, RUN. He is either boring or has a lot to hide.
Also if a man does not offer is full name or where he is from, chances are there is something fishy going on.
Thank-You
He has just taken you out for a romantic/fun filled night. You spent how ever many hours with the man. This is time spent that you will never get back. If he thanks you for your time, it means he respects it.
The Drinking Rule
Watch the way he drinks. If he needs to knock them back like they are giving them away for free at a frat house, he either has a serious drinking problem, or he does not know how to have fun without being loaded. I have come across many of these men. If you allow it, you will spend the better half of your relationship being the designated driver for your new found drunk!
The Bill
If he asks you out, he pays. Period. It's nice of you to offer, but if he agrees to let you take money out of your pocket, he has got to go. Call me old fashioned but a man that wants to care for and support a woman, will never allow her to come out of pocket on the first date.
Service-Appreciation
Keep an eye on how he treats others. If you are in a restaurant and he is rude to the staff, very picky or arrogant, then chances are one day he will treat you like this. To test it out, complain to him about a drink or your food. See how he handles it. If he whistles at the waiter, calls him/her "Yo", "hey" or anything but excuse me sir/ma'am, RUN, he is a pushy, arrogant jerk!
