How Treat Emotions in Life

Updated on December 11, 2010

We were created by God as the most perfect creature in the world. How do we use the big gift for ourselves and others around us. We are surrounding by the people who care about us. We can't separated from them. As a social beings. In dealing with other people sometimes take the emotion. Emotion also have a good impact for us. Depends on how do we bring that emotion in our life. There are many ways to make our emotions better, the most influential is to learn from experience. These are things can be learned from it.

Just do it!

The first time we work, we may felt nervous and there was no self confident. But if we want something we have to encourage ourselves to say it. Just do it. If we don't do that, there is a little chance to achieve that.

Offer a way out

Emotions would be better when we face a problem, we do not criticize something. unless we offer a solution. If the solution could really solve the problem, it was more impressive than finding a mistake.

Give praise to others

Give praise to your friends or colleagues, it will make them not only appreciated but also proud. This will make us want to prove our ability in the next day.

Speak up!

Sometime we always agree with everything that is given to us. Try to encourage your self to decided your own opinions. Don't depend to other. Speak up and people will listen!

Say the "Magic Word"

Better to use word "We" than "You" or "me". Try to give attention, it looks fun when we said, "Why don't we try this way". Than, "I think you did the wrong way". With said like that, it will change the impression of selfishness and confirm that "we" are a team.

Don't be afraid to take risks

In the work of environment, organization or association. Sometimes we give a fresh idea. that might sound crazy. And it look difficult to realized. But we actually don't know, when all the effort will success. Better try and dared to take a little risk.

Get back a life

Don't give up even though we've worked hard, but the results were not satisfactory. There is another side of life. We still meet the good people who love us. A family who still support us.

Give support to others

We can be a motivator for my another friends. Because by helping others, our lives will become meaningful. Start from the simple things, even by giving spirit. It will be very valuable for a friend in need. We can share our knowledge to others. It can help other's in better life.

Thanks Raven King and Pete for coming to this hub. Both of you made this hub more interesting to talk. For Raven King you have a good side about this topic. We can touch this life by self experience and then we can learn from others. For Pete you give "a little touch" about this topic in solve the problem.

Very good advice. I especially like the idea of not complaining about errors without offering a solution. We should point out a problem to get it solved not to belittle another person.

Very delightful hub! I think the meaning in life is experiencing it with your senses. Defining what it feels to be alive and appreciating the sunshine and good things around you. :)
