How To Be Happy!!

Happiness is one of the basic necessities of anybody's life. Your happiness shapes you and molds you into the kind of person you will someday be. If you're not happy, then who are you? You may ask me, what is happiness? Happiness all depends on your outlook on life, the quality of your relationships, and your attitude. So, without further adieu, (yes, I FINALLY learned how to spell that word) I bring you the secret to being happy:


#1: Smile!

Your smile is your most prominent feature. Use it! A smile can make your face seem more awake, it can make you seem brighter, and it covers any sign of exhaustion. I know some people who say that their smile sucks and they hate taking pictures. Well for heaven sakes see a dentist! You are beautiful no matter if your teeth are straight or not.

#2 Be who YOU want to be!

Who said that you have to be completely yourself all the time? If you are not who you want to be, then what's the point? That's why I love life so much. You can change! You don't have to go with the flow but that doesn't mean you should go against the flow. Take a chance and become that person that you've always wanted to be!

#3 Have a good attitude

How do you feel when you talk to someone and the first thing that comes out of their mouth is a complaint? I can tell you that it is rare to never experience it but if you haven't, I can tell you from personal experience that it hurts. It hurts to know that someone isn't listening to you because they're too busy worrying about what's going wrong with their day. Overall, being happy all buckles down to your attitude.

#4 Follow your gut

If you have a feeling that something's not right, it probably isn't. You will be happier and more successful in the long run if you do what you want to do and not what other's pressure you to do. When you don't know what to do, listen to your heart. That feeling is always right.
