The Mark of You and Me
I think it's best to
live to not be forgotten
better to scream perhaps
than never make a sound.
And all the while the
people stood and wondered
where it was and
where it could be found.
(or if it was even around)
Some may say you need
to write a novel
or get yourself on
some reality TV.
Make your mark so
everyone will remember
but I don't think that's
how it's supposed to be.
