What Women Are Attracted To In Men?

Updated on February 23, 2014

Just what do women find attractive in men? Well it's pretty simple really women love men who have a sense of humor, confidence, consideration of others, etc. Basically in a few words women love a nice guy. Men don't let this go to your head because if your overly funny you can come cross as a goof ball that doesn't take life or anything very seriously. Also if your to confident you can seem shallow or cocky. Women want you into them more than you're into yourself. Women want compliments they don't want to hear you giving them to yourself as you apply the gel in your hair while looking into the mirror. Compliments make women feel beautiful and desirable. Don't ever stop complimenting your woman. If you do she might feel like there is someone else or your trading her in for someone new. If you love her let her feel it and "hear" it. Women are listeners so we love to "hear" things, nice things.

Women also want to feel safe an secure so they definitely want someone that would make a great provider. Women look for ample resources in men so they can provide for the family. They don't want to waste their time with a deadbeat, they want someone with ambition. Being a successful man is highly attractive to a woman. Studies have shown that men who wore high status uniforms were more likely to attract the woman than the man who wore a lower status outfit reguardless of their physical appearance. A recent survey of over 10,000 people in 37 countries, on six continents, reports that men consistently prize physical attraction and youth in their potential mates, while women value ambition, status, and financial resources.

I will say woman are just as visual as men are. Women are more physically attracted to brawny men, especially for a fling. But when it comes to finding a long-term partner, they tend to pick a regular man over a mate with huge muscles. On the one hand, it does make them more sexy to women. But being brawny can sometimes make women more suspicious about their romantic intentions. This is because studies have shown that muscular men were twice as likely to have had more than three sex partners than men of a lesser build. Most women prefer a toned man who was more likely to commit over a muscle-bound man they perceived as more volatile, aggressive and dominant. Women want to feel safe not threatened.

Men it's the little things that count like picking the one single flower instead of buying a dozen roses. Opening the door for her because she deserves it. Write her cute notes and put them on the frig instead of giving her a hallmark card. If your taking the time to pick the flower and write the note it means so much more. It means you're thinking of her without her around and that means a lot to a woman. Women want to be in your mind and heart always.
