What Do I Want in a Love Relationship?

Updated on May 14, 2020

It's takes a lot of thought to write down words, especially when it specifically states to keep content in the book these days. Perhaps...

I'd like more companionship, more intimacy, more communication,

Based on the biblical instruction,

Because its better to marry than to burn.

I 'd like to have less anxiety, less stress, less financial woes, and less miscommunication.

Or at least those are the first thought responses that come to my mind, and

To have some type of agreement between me and my significant other, so that

Hopefully brings about issues of peace, and trust to ensue.

I'd like to have those times of doing things together,

Things such as wake up time, call time, eat time, text time, go to work time,

Keeping tabs on all of the above time.

Learning to except our differences, not boasting but as equals.

I'd like to really dig deep in Romance,

And giving my hard earned opinion about the why this happened,

And how come you let that come about,

And that was really good how it ended, if it did.

I'd like knowing how to compliment each other,

Getting the vibe around other people, holding hands and smiles,

Having those visions in my head,

About getting married.

Sounds like alot of ideas are spinning in your head.

It's wonderful to want to marry but please don't just jump into it lightly.

Take time to find true love which can take awhile.

True love seems relaxing...not that you don't have to still work at it sometimes...but it's not overbearing.

      Thanks for the share.

It took me a long time to find the partner I deserved. I had to work for it. I had to make many mistakes. I had to grow up.

But I finally did it, and she has changed my life and changed me.

      Well worth the wait!

      Loved the poem!

Each of us (chooses) our own friends, lovers, and spouse.

You can't go wrong if you know yourself, love yourself, trust yourself. People who love themselves look out for themselves.

Ideally you want to choose someone who shares your same values, wants the same things for the relationship, naturally agrees with you on how to obtain those things and last but not least have a mutual depth of love and desire for each other.

      Compatibility trumps compromise.

Like attracts like and opposites attract divorce attorneys!

Life is too short to be trying to change water into wine.

The goal is to find someone who (already is) what you want.

"Never love anyone who treats you like you're ordinary."
