Some Daughters Become Brats

What went wrong?

Why, why after so long?

Why do daughters grow up so fast?

Is it perhaps not meant to last?

Can one remember the particular associative moment of demise?

What is this infamous moment of Brat - rise?

Could it possibly be so hideous to have it's roots from some place as cold as ice?

No not ever, no not a most beautiful... a cathedral of hockey ice!

Is this possibly just some more insignificant rants,

about the subject of dance or more precisely in particular lofty Irish Step Dance?

Where on earth would they substitute hockey rink ice for dance floor "bore"?

No not ever would something like this come through the proverbial door!

How about a relatively unassuming place known as Orangeville, Ontario

In Summer and not that infamous season of reason populated with the likes of Eddy Mio or for that matter (me-o),

Indeed it was where girls became brats with a simple and unassuming purchase I and no other say,

A simple gang-like dreary black t-shirt that states If Irish Step Dancing was Easy it Would be Called Ice Hockey each every dreary, dreary day,

However, there may be hope in this land of sandy beach,

There is more, although diabolical it may (decay) to the core with an over-amount of bleach...
