Staying Single and Happy
Becoming Independant
Independence has many different factors and is not only the ability to take care of our bills and our lives, but it also means being able to function alone, and being content with staying single and not needing a partner. When you feel happy single and alone while working on being your best self, you will reach a whole new level of greatness in your life. Co-dependance can be a hard cycle to break but we can do it by creating goals for ourselves, and learning to love ourselves for who we are as we are.
How To Be Happy Single
It may seem impossible sometimes to be content alone and single. Those lonely nights, and months of being alone possibly after being with someone for years just to be alone and depressed. It does not have to be that way, and our positivity can make a huge difference. In order to have the best relationship, we truly have to find ourselves without a man or using another person to fill our voids. While it can be hard to learn to be single and alone we can fulfill ourselves. Making new goals and focusing on all the things you want to change, bettering yourself, and reaching for these goals on your own can truly make a difference in your mental state and help us stay independent and have no need for another person to give us happiness. We are responsible for our own happiness, and mental health.
Self Care 101
Self care is one of the most important things you can do for yourself, and is what keeps you stress free and allows you to focus on yourself even when you have to deal with life's daily stresses and responsibilities. Self care can make a great difference in how we feel mentally, and is the first step in creating a healthy environment for our thinking and happiness even in stressful times. Some ideas for self care are:
