How can we say NO for an un-reasonable request with sounds like YES?
On a un reasonable request from some one else which looks like taking advantage and hence would not like to accept - however, how do we convey our feelings with out hurting the other or loosing the relations...
You say they are coming at you with a request that makes you feel as if they are trying to take advantage of you. In my experience that's a simple one to handle.Say no bluntly ,but in a civil tone then distance yourself from that person if possible. I've found when someone shows those true colors of being a user that appeasing them for any request no matter how small will just allow them to believe you are an easy target.Like the bully stealing your lunch money they will be back for more,and the requests will more than likely grow to greater proportions.
