I did when I got married 16 years ago. However if I got married today I would want real flowers.
I had real flowers at my own wedding but my daughters had a mixture of silk and real ones. All were beautiful.
Silk flowers can look realistic but I think if possible, that a bride should have a real type corsage from her bouquet if she can afford it. It is just something personally special. However the bottom line answer is: Have what YOU want according to your budget.
