   What is the most romantic gift you can think of for a wife?
   
   The mother of my children. The girl of my dreams. The sugar in my tea. She's my wife! I need to get her an amazing and hopefully romantic gift for Christmas. What is the best one you can think of?

   Massages and Pedicures are always great. But, my favorite gift was getting the house cleaned and the laundry done while I went shopping!

   Unless she's an unusual woman, flowers and jewelry are always a winner.  Jewelry that was custom made is even better.  My father had a pendant made for my mother from his own design.  She wore it for twenty years before she gave it to me after he passed.  It wasn't that expensive (silver, not gold) but he put so much love into it that it meant the world to her.

   Well even though most women love chocolates and red roses, if you looking for a unique gift here are a few options you can choose from:
   1)    Name a star gift - name one of the stars after her which will be hers and hers alone, she will feel very special.
   
   2)   Bed of roses - surprise her with a bed of roses along with a nice candle light room.

   As a woman and wife, I prefer to have unique gifts. Love is the best gift a person can have and it can be represented different way. First suggestion, what did you do to make her say "YES" when you proposed? It would be a very nice gift to reminisce. Second,  creating your own poem for her, tackling about how passionate your love is for her. And lastly, a dinner at the first place  you get acquainted (if you have not been there again ) would complete the gift. Keep in mind tho,  sincerity of the person giving the gift is always an important factor.

      All good advice. Not sure this will fit my scenario though. A little background: my wife and I have known each other since high school, so no go on the dinner at our first date place. My wife has Asperger's, so poetry would be "illogical".
