   On a fun note, what cheers you up?
   
   Is it the smell of vanilla skin on your newborn? Is it walking your dog? Is it  trying new cusine? What now is cheering you up?

   Well, it would be at work or Spiritual Centre. There are no in betweens. Last Friday we were very cheerful. Joking a lot and I was flirting with them too. Post work, about seven of us went to Mc Donald's for ice cream, then, the weather being so great, we went to sit by the river only some 5 mins away.
   
   Post meditation, my Centre group are always cheerful. The inner energy is generally quite high, and I feed on this myself. The male members also have this thing where we all go for breakfast together. There we chat and socialise and catch up on old times.
   
   I just cheered myself up by jokingly asking you a question on another of your questions. Hope you take it in the loving spirit in which it was asked. Much Love, ThreeKeys. Tell me about the name.

      Simplicity and depth....
      If your relationship is strong I feel its still important to hold your friends close to you, of both genders. It sounds as if you have the best of both worlds-very fortunate manitita.

   Whenever I'm down I'll crank up some Harry Belafonte and bake some goodies while I dance my rump off. Good to go ahead and burn some calories to make room for my coffee bean brownies!
