Fun Date Ideas

1. Carnival

A fun time with lots a food, games, and fun. This date will pose an opportunity to let loose and be yourself. There’s talking involved but not too much to make it awkward. Disclaimer going to the carnival can be expensive.

2. Mini Golf

This is a perfect opportunity to make contact with your date. You’ll be close and having light hearted fun. Most of the time mini golf places have food and sometimes arcades. If you or your date don’t know how to golf then you can help each other. If you both know how to golf prepare for extreme competition.

3. Laser Tag

Some friendly competition is always good. You can compete for winner picks the next date as an opener for another one. If you want to see how good of a team you are be on the same side and help conquer the other team.

4. Drive-In Movie

Drive-In’s are retro making it even more romantic. You are surrounded by the sky and the stars. Since you’re in your car you are smushed together like you’d be in a regular movie theater. Depending on the weather it gives you an excuse to snuggle up.

5. Painting Date

If your date is really artsy they might appreciate this one. Go have a paint night. Exchange whatever you made as a momento. You don’t need to be artistically inclined the thought really does count. Just remember to wear some clothes you won’t mind getting dirty. Complaining about messing up your favorite shirt is not attractive.

6. Arcade

This is one of my favorites. You have food and games what’s not to love. This is a good way to impress your date. If you earn enough tickets you can get them something cute from the little store. Earning it is a thousand times better than just buying it.

7. Sports Game

If your date is into sports well bring them to a game. Whether it be basketball, baseball, hockey, football, soccer, etc; it just depends on the person. Bonus points if their favorite team is playing that night. You’ll venture into a new realm of excitement.

8. Rollerblading

This can be good whether you know how to skate or not. If you know how to skate you get to show off your moves and even help your date if they don’t. If you don’t know how to skate you get to show of your perseverance skills.

9. Dancing

You get to listen to music while you pop and lock it. It is law that there will be some slow dances and that’s self explanatory. Grab your date close. Whether it be silly dance moves or impressive ones you‘ll have fun as long as you put yourself out there.

10. Picnic

This might sound lame but it works. Showing your date that you made the effort to put together the picnic will wow them. Adding their favorite foods in there will be a sign that you’re a good listener. The location of the picnic is important do not pick a place with a lot of bugs.
