There are too many things to think about for the big day. The bigger concerns are venue, gowns, rings, invites. But, with so many other little items, it is overwhelming to prepare for a wedding specially if you have a relatively short period of time to prepare. Take your time, pause for a moment and start a list. Take hold of a good journal where checklists, tips and calendar are integrated so that you will avoid forgetting small details.
Can you imagine a situation when you thought that everything is okay then comes the big day, you cannot fully focus on the ceremonies because you remember that there is one tiny detail that you forgot to take into account? What about that situation when the bride thought that her sister in law was religiously doing her volunteered part - the wedding favor or giveaway, only to find out during the wedding that there was nothing done because of a misunderstanding on what to do and/or who should do it?

I have seen one unique corsage made of ribbons, baby's breathe and a tiny hat made of Manila hemp. It was really cute but unfortunately, I was not able to get a picture of it.

There is no need for you to make or prepare the flower girls' head dress. You may talk to the provider of your gowns and dresses. Most of them already have several designs that they have used in a previous wedding. Then you can extract great ideas from it. Some gowns and dress providers include this service without additional charge, some give it as a promotional item if you avail of more than one service that they are offering. When I was operating a bridal shop, I customize headdresses for flower girls and for bridesmaids. I highlight it with the motif of the bride.
Alternatively, you may talk to the mothers of the girls and request them to prepare the head dress. Most of them are more than willing to do it. All moms want their little princess to stand out during the wedding so you will expect that they will do their best. Some brides thought that there is no need to prepare for this because there are candle holders in the church. Other brides take the extra step of making sure that even the candle holder is customized. I personally know brides who look for customized candle and candle holder. One very unique candle holder that I saw in a wedding is one with a native touch - it was made of woven bamboo which is native to the place where the bride came from.

On your journal, set a date that you would be checking all items like the dove cage if they are physically on hand or not. The safest is to buy from Amazon - their estimate time of delivery is almost always accurate. You will get it right on the date you are expected to receive it.
