HOW TO ATTRACT WEALTH with MEDITATION

Updated on December 6, 2010

Importance Of Meditation In Attracting Wealth

There is a lot of literature about attracting wealth available online and offline. You know that you should become wealth conscious to attract wealth and there are exercises available in books like "Think and grow rich." But whenever you sit down to try on those exercises, there will be a lot of resistance in you and finally you accept defeat, stop doing those exercises, and continue living your not so conscious life. And then, you happen to read another wonderful book about wealth with execises which once again gets lot of resistance.

If you are reading these books and listening to the tapes trying to do the exercises, it is certain that you believe that law of attraction works. And it is certain that your belief is based on certain incidents in your life where law of attraction worked without resistance. Then what is stopping you from attracting wealth? The answer is your beliefs, beliefs about money, beliefs about what money can do, beliefs about your personal worth regarding wealth, and so on.

Preparing yourself to attract wealth you have to scrutinize these beliefs deeply and if they are resisting attraction, change or erase them from your system. For this, you have to start meditation, any type of meditation which is comfortable for you. Meditation gives you the ability and habit of watching your thoughts. You will become aware of your thoughts. You will also come to know that it is not your mind but your body which feels the emotions both gross and subtle. Then start watching your emotions and how your body feels. Some people feel pressure and pain in the tips of their fingers when they are sad. For some people the pain is in the jaw area. You will also know that many of your thoughts are triggered by your body and the thoughts increases your bodily discomfort which intensifies the thoughts and your emotional sensations gets out of your control. Please change your uncomfortable bodily sensations while they are subtle by changing your posture, by deep breathing, by physical exercises, and so on.

After becoming aware of your emotions, start doing the exercises of attracting wealth. There will be lot of resistance from your body because there will be lot of beliefs against money ingrained deeply into your system. Remember persistence is very important for success, so continue the excercises. It works like the "I am love" exercise where there will be lot of resistance at first as you strongly believe that your are not "love," but slowly you mind accepts the message because you as a soul are atually pure love. At first, you will start becoming wealth conscious for just a few hours. Continue to exercise and become fully wealth conscious attracting wealthand live your life consciously. Remember money is a part of wealth conscious life.

Practically, I have quit my job because being in a job limits my thoughts on wealth creation. This small guide helped me to do the quitting. God bless you.
