An Illustrated Guide to Remaining Focused

A Guide to Remaining Focused

Hi!

Welcome to my Hub titled: An Illustrated Guide to Remaining Focused.

We all need to learn different things in our lives but, sometimes, we need to brush up on something new that may enhance our whole being. That's where this guide comes in hand. Because, quite frankly, there are several times in our lives when situations take us for not only a loop (for years to come) but, also take us out of our realm of normal. Please review the guide below:

#1) Learn to develop a positive demeanor. I know, it's harder to some than others. Practice makes perfect and from experience, I tell you it's worth it more than you'll ever know. But don't just take my word for it here, continue through the next step.

#2) Pray for a better demeanor, or do self-discipline. This is where we teach ourselves by allowing our minds to zoom into a quiet place. I know you've heard of this before, it's similar to meditation, except for the fact that you can do this in the middle of your day anywhere.

#3) Concentration, concentration is the game, keep the rythym or you'll be out the game! Remember that rhyme? It doesn't ever go away because just as it takes two steps to walk, the flow in motion always remain. So concentrate on focusing in!

#4) When you walk down the street, smile and say hi as you pass people by. This helps with your overall aura, allowing good emotion to flow in and helping to clear your mind from bad emotions. It's a subconscious thing. Weird, but works great!

#5) Don't allow meandering actions to squander your regime. Keep your eye on the prize. Remain focused on your goals.

Aaah! Remaining focused. I'm glad I learned this years ago, it has enhanced my life in a positive, enlightening and spiritual way. Oh, and I did exactly what I described above, including the praying. My prayer went like this: "God, please help me to enhance" and I believed in practicing the enhancement to my life, as the days went by. I pass this guide on to all who desire to embrace it. So often there are moments that shatter us and there are times in our lives when the times are getting the best of everyone, so it seems. Share this guide with your friends!

Remain focused and Godspeed!
