Anything and everything is possible

Many of us are under the bondage of limiting beliefs which are firmly established in our mind. Which we cannot uproot. When a good idea comes in your mind, these limiting beliefs will come up and started to say,

you can't do this.
You can't do that.
It will not work out.
This is not the right time.
You have to do many other things now.
Do it tomorrow etc. etc.

Many times we are unable to recognize the limiting beliefs we nurture in our mind. They prevent us from doing the things which take us to the next level of our success.

In the parable of the Sower Jesus said that when the sower scattered seeds, some seeds fell on the path. Obviously, a farmer will not sow seeds in the middle of the road intentionally. Then, how this path come in the field? If we walk, on the same route, many times in the filed, it will become a path in the field. (See the pictures)

For many days we are walking on the same route in the same field. Every time we walk in the field the soil under our feet will get hardened. Then water will not go down through the hardened soil. And their won't be any seeds or weeds growing. This is the same with our heart. Our way of life, our rituals, our traditions, our behavior from the childhood, what we learned from our parents and peers, habits we gained over the years and our thought processes made some part of our heart too hardened. If you try to plant a seed or weed in that part, it will not grow. It will remain the same until we soften the soil. Once it is get hardened, normal watering will not grow seeds.

Many times we water that area and then try to plant a seed. It is a waste of time and money. We need to plow that area. Continuous efforts must be put in to soften the soil of this part of the field. Plowing will be painful. But we have to do it to make it a fertile land.

To come out of this bondage of our own mind we need to do something. One thing we can do to weed out this limiting belief is to put positive thoughts in our mind. Inspire your mind with positive statements like:

I can achieve anything that I can imagine

I have the ability to visualize every aspect of my success

My ability is greater than any challenge I could face

I am making the most of my life now and every day.

I am committed to living my life with passion

I am using my unique gifts to enrich myself and others

I am making myself worth more each and every day

I believe in the future of the human race

I bring out the best in others

I am a fast learner

Mastery and I are one

I have dissolved the criticism habit

I look for the good in others and they respond to me

I love other people and they love me back

I greet this day with love in my heart

I look for things to like in others and I find them

My love is creating opportunities for me today

Anything and everything is possible

These are just some examples. You can create your own positive statements according to your need. And repeat these statements throughout the day. Write them in a piece of paper and read them whenever you get time. These new beliefs will dissolve the old negative beliefs which hold you back. Focus on good, wonderful, beautiful, meaningful possibilities.

Once you come out of this limiting beliefs, you are free to fly high. The sky is the limit. Anything and everything is possible and you know it without a shadow of the doubt.

Trade your limitations for inspirations. And fulfill the best that is within you.
