Capricorns are considered to be the most stable of the astrological signs. Capricorns are independent, hard headed, strong-willed, hard working, and intelligent individuals. They quickly become the backbone in their workplace. Capricorns possess other qualities that are an asset in the workplace including: they are responsible, reliable, practical, and they always finish what they start.

The Capricorn's family is their main priority and they will fight against any hardship that comes their way. Capricorns go to great lengths to acheive their goals, this is a good employee quality. They have a high standard set for themselves as well as others, making them ambitious in all aspects of life. Their miserly side of The Goat is evident in their need for financial success.

Capricorn children may seem quiet in the classroom, but never underestimate them. They are always thinking and usually succeed in a variety of career choices.

Capricorns socialize with a very small circle of people they actually consider their friends. They need their own private space to spend time alone. Monetarily, they use the same head strong will to achieve their goals and dreams.
