Capricorns are considered to be the most stable of the astrological signs. Capricorns are independent, hard headed, strong-willed, hard working, and intelligent individuals. Capricorns possess other qualities that are an asset in the workplace including: they are responsible, reliable, practical, and they always finish what they start.

The Capricorn's family is their main priority and they will fight against any hardship that comes their way. Capricorns go to great lengths to acheive their goals, this is a good employee quality.
