Church Says vs Scripture Says
Comparison between the Teachings of Churches of Men and Scripture
The church system, designed and run by men that has been copied from the temple system of the Hebrews that was done away with at the resurrection of Christ. Being a man made system. has deteriorated over the years, since God is not in it. Much of what is taught in most churches these days is not scriptural, but the doctrines of men. NO the scriptures did not change but the men interpreting them have.. Instead of following scripture and being led by the Holy Spirit the “churches” are led by men following men, all “churches” today follow doctrines of men ( denominational doctrines and other doctrines of men) instead of the doctrine of Christ as taught by the original apostles. Scripture tells us in Gal 1:7-9 But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed.
Of course those that truly understand the age we live in understand there is no such thing in this age as a building called a church”, nor is there any such thing as clergy (pastor), paid ministry, man leaders. The Pastor is Christ alone. All men are EQUAL but a few have been given a special anointing from God to be SERVANTS to all, there are no leaders, all disciples are to be led by Christ through the Holy Spirit, and the servant ministers are to serve all, by example and word. The Holy Spirit is now here to teach us all truth, having arrived on the day of Pentecost in Acts 2. All disciples of Christ are called to do one thing, the work of the ministry, that is to make disciples of Christ according to His words.
Matt 28:18-20 "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
Instead of being served by God anointed servant ministers of the Gospel, these churches of men are LED (controlled) by hireling pastors, a man made position that has replaced the God anointed spirit led itinerant servant Ministers of old. Now you go to college and learn that groups doctrine, then get a job with one of the “churches” that accept your doctrines. No longer is it required to be God anointed, in fact I have have met many pastors that were not even born again. Today's measure is how much education do you have, from what school, what are your doctrines? They expect a house, a car (or allowances for these), a salary, retirement account, all the extras that secular jobs supply and health insurance. What ever happened to scripture?
Mark 16:17- And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 18 they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover."
Many are novices, inexperienced. They have no need, and in most cases have never learned to trust God, they trust in men to take care of them. Instead of pointing the people to Christ, the Lord of this age and teaching them to rely on and trust Him they teach them to trust them and “their church”. They expect to be venerated as the great leaders they are and their success is to be judged by the numbers of people “they have gathered”, the amount of money they collect, the size of their programs and of course the size of the monument they build to themselves, “ their church”. They glory in the accolades of men but are sadly lacking in the construction of the Kingdom of God. They are the ones scripture warns us about so many many times, the false ministers that lead people astray. They collect to themselves all those that they can convince to follow them. Collecting large numbers of followers. But the greatest man that ever lived had only 11 disciples that were willing to do all He required of them.
These self seeking, man anointed “leaders, are the ones that will hear Matt 7:23 And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'
Of course there is a reason that all the devastation in the church system exists. Because these men care about themselves first and have not a love for the truth, or the people, God has given them a strong delusion that they must believe their own lies and cannot recognize truth. If you simply really study scripture with the aid of the Holy Spirit and do not believe anything that is not confirmed to you personally by the Holy Spirit of the one true God you will see and learn all truth. As the time of the end grows ever nearer and more and more it becomes important to daily test your beliefs and doctrines against scripture, as the scriptures teach, to see if they be of God and more importantly if YOU are IN CHRIST . Only those who Are IN CHRIST and remain IN CHRIST until the end shall be saved. Don't trust your eternity to what another teaches, prove it for yourself. Each person will answer for what they teach but only you and you alone will be held responsible for what You believe. You alone determine your eternal destiny, to be consumed in the fire of destruction or enter the eternal kingdom of God for eternity is simply your choice.
If you find you are in error, no big deal yet, just repent for not checking it out sooner and change your belief to match God's.
Do not trust your family's salvation to what any man teaches (including me) but since you are responsible for them learn what God requires and lead them into the kingdom of God, not the kingdom of “pastor jones”, the Holy Spirit is waiting for you to allow Him to lead you into all truth..
Not all “churches” teach all of these doctrines of men but ALL “churches” teach some of them.The church system is of men, not of God, scripture is clear, there are to be NO DIVISIONS IN HIS BODY. All that actually belong to Christ are of ONE SPIRIT, THE HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD. Not the spirit of the baptist church, or methodist church or the assemblies or any other man made organization.
Anyone that says they are a baptist, a methodist, a 7th day adventist or anything other than a disciple of Jesus Christ, the son of God, IS NOT A CHILD OF GOD, they are what they profess to be, a part of the things that separate and devastate what claims to be the church of Jesus Christ. Scripture is clear you CANNOT SERVE TWO MASTERS. Serving a man made church system is NOT serving God, it is serving man and men cannot save you, only ONE MAN can do that, the Lord of this age, the Son of the Living God, the man Christ Jesus, the man to whom you must submit 100% with nothing held back and endure to the end if you wish your name to be found in the Lamb's book of life at judgment..

I hope this short item will motivate you to check your beliefs to be sure they are of God and if not then to change so that you believe what God believes. What you believe, what I believe or any other believes has NO ETERNAL value UNLESS it is what God says is truth.
If you do not believe the following, then scripture says to sit down and compare them to scripture with the aid of the Holy Spirit. Do not believe me but you Must believe the Spirit of God.
church says;The church is a building with clergy
Scripture says; The church (ekklesia) is God's People
church says; There is a clergy-laity structure
Scripture says; There is NO clergy in the ekklesia, the true church of Christ, the son of God
church says; A tithe is due to them
Scripture says; Tithing was temporary and for Israel only and was done away with at the cross
with the rest of the Law
church says; The pastor is God's representative to you
Scripture says; There is no such thing as A pastor. Pastoring is a ministry performed by God anointed servant elders
church says; You must follow and submit to the pastor
Scripture says; Christ alone is the Head of man, NO man is “over” another man
church says; Women submit/ follow the pastor
Scripture says; Women submit to/ follow your husband or if unmarried your father
church says; You are expected to attend every meeting and function
Scripture says; Meet with God wherever you are every day
church says; Send your children to their sunday school
Scripture says: You teach your children, they are your responsibility and you will answer for it
church says; Give them money etc to care for the poor/needy, their programs etc
Scripture says; Meet the needs you see as you see them. There is no scripture telling you to support
their programs, or even for them to exist
church says; Bring new converts to their “church” for baptism
Scripture says; You baptize the disciples you make, that is part of making disciples for Christ
church says; Honor your pastor
Scripture says; Esteem no man above another
church says; The church is the house of God
Scripture says; Those that obediently follow Christ are Gods house
church says; God will remove His people from earth before His wrath is poured out
Scripture says; The righteous shall inherit the earth and never leave, possessing it after the
judgment and the new earth that is to come.
Church says; satan is a fallen angel
Scripture says; satan was created by God in the beginning and was a liar from the beginning in the
garden
church says; The ten commandments are for Christians
Scripture says; The ten commandments were given to Israel as part of the law and were replaced at
the cross
church says; God's love is unconditional
Scripture says; God's love has conditions but is unconditionally available to any who will pay the
price
church says; Do not judge
Scripture says; Judge against scripture anything or person professing to be Christian. Judge none outside
church says; God loves you and accepts you as you are
Scripture says; God loves you but expects you to change and develop the character of Christ if you
love Him
church says; Celebrate the “church” “holidays”
Scripture says; Celebrate ONLY the body of Christ broken for you and His blood poured out for you
church says; Be bound to their “church”- get your membership
Scripture says; Christ set us free from bondage, love serve and follow Him only this gives access to
His kingdom
church says; The Jezebel spirit was & is the real problem
Scripture says; The Ahab spirit is/ was the real problem
church says; Psychology is acceptable in the “church”
Scripture says; Crucify your flesh do not make provision for it
church says; Dream interpretation is from a book of meanings
Scripture says; Dreams & nightmares from God are interpreted by the holy Spirit. All others have
no value
church says; Those in leadership are to be anointed by man
Scripture says; Those anointed by God are to be bondservants of all
church says; Those in leadership are to be honored
Scripture says; Those God anointed SERVANTS know they are to take the lowest place
church says; Don't disagree or question, don't rock the boat
Scripture says; Expose error and teach truth
church says; You need a man, a “pastor” to teach you
Scripture says; The Holy Spirit is here to teach us ALL truth
church says; satan is a powerful foe, careful he will get you
Scripture says; satan is a defeated foe UNLESS YOU allow him into your life
church says; You receive the Holy Spirit when born again
Scripture says; In most cases baptism in the Holy Spirit is a separate experience, but can be all at
once
church says; You are forever “saved” if you have said the the “sinners prayer” (whatever that is)
Scripture says; Being born again according to scripture is the beginning of a lifetime journey
church says; You need a college degree to understand scripture
Scripture says; You need help from the Holy Spirit to correctly understand scripture. It is here to
teach you all truth
church says; The “church” is the light on the hill
Scripture says; YOU are the light on the hill and the salt of the earth
church says: God knows/sees your heart
Scripture says: Jer 17:9 "The heart is deceitful above all things, And desperately wicked;
Matt 28:20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you;
These are some things ALL professing Christ should seriously consider And I am sure you can add lots more.
