Does God have audio??

Updated on January 29, 2010

Can you hear God??

Hearing God in prayer

When we pray...do you hear God speak to you?

What a bizarre question one might ask!  Many people I have done just that....ask if they actually hear God. Ofcourse I was told  "no not really" Just an answer came to mind"  That could be our own voice I conclude now! As my reality becomes more complicated in my illness, my visions become more realistic! God actually does have audio and speaks to me in a low, soft, firm and patient voice.

As I will never push my thoughts and views on anyone, I can't help but wonder how many others out there feel as though they have had a real conversation with our maker. My prayers  have  always relaxed me and a feeling of what will be will be was always implied. However now that seems so passive and not what I need in prayer anymore!

Maybe some of us (like myself) need a more stark expression from God. Forever I will feel blessed to feel his sunshine and the rest of the wonderment that has been supplied! However next time God speaks to me directly...............I will be more alert and try my best to be lead wherever he sends me next!

                                       patiently waiting,

                                                    Mia

      Hi Putz,

Thanks for stopping by and your comment. I was told by a few that I was a chosen one or annointed one, however I am just a child of God and a witness of his love and promise! This has been an interesting life here but when God is willing.I am ready to go to him!

Mia, I think all who ever heard an audible voice from God were some of the chosen we read about in the scriptures and those who were actually living during Christs life on Earth if you believe that Jesus was God incarnate. I can say I have never heard his voice audibly but there are times when I read my Bible some of the words and verses seem to have a profound impact and it seems they are meant just for me. I personally interpret these times as Him speaking to me and simply as an act of faith and believe He is speaking to me.
