Definition of the word Evangelist: The winning or revival of personal commitment to Jesus Christ, winning souls for Christ.

Acts chapter 21 -8 : And the next day, we that were of Paul's company departed and came unto Caesarea: and we entered into the house of Phillip the evangelist, which was one of the seven and abode with him.

Ephesians chapter 4 -11: And he gave some apostles, and some prophets, and some evangelist, and some pasters and teachers.

2 Timothy chapter 4- 5 : But watch in all things, endure afflictions, do the work on an evangelist, make full proof of the ministry.

God has called all his children to work in different areas of the ministry. We all should be evangelist for God, spreading his word, teaching and sharing the gospel and good news of Jesus Christ. Being an evangelist is teaching the true word of God to sinners and the Gentiles. We all have a work to do, whether it's apostleship, teaching, prophet-ism or evangelist-ism, we all have enough work for everyone:willing to teach and speak the true word of God. We all have to make sure that we are teaching the true gospel to sinners that will listen to truth.

If we want to do a good work that's joyful and pays a priceless dividend, then we all shoulld work the gospel of Jesus Christ and become an evangelist of God. Being an evangelist is doing a good work for Jesus Christ and the salvation of mankind. We couldn't have a better work, no where in this world. In doing this great work, we should make sure that we teach the true gospel of Jesus Christ, our Saviour and Lord.
