"Faye's Daily Words Of Encouragement # 225 Today's word Is: Weeping"

Defintion of the word Weeping : Means to shed tears, or out right crying, or the act of crying.

Psalms chapter 30 - 5 : For his anger endureth but a moment, in his favor is life: weeping may endure for a night but joy cometh in the morning.

Joel 2 - 12 : Therefore also now, saith the Lord, turn ye even to me with all your heart and with fasting and with weeping, and with mourning.

Matthews chapter 8 - 12 : But  the children of the Kingdom, shall be cast out into outer darkeness, there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

John chapter 20 - 11 : But Mary stood without at the sepulchre weeping: and as she wept; she stoop down, and looked into the sepulchre.

Malachi chapter 2 - 13 : And this have ye done again, covering the altar of the Lord with tears, with weeping, and crying out, insomuch that he regardeth not the offering anymore, or receiveth it with good will at your hands.

Today's daily words of encouragement word is Weeping: Which means to cry or shed tears. I'm sure we all have shed our share of tears, whether in sorrow or great joy.  The bible tells us that Jesus Christ wept over the death of Lazarus so it just goes to show us that we're not above crying, or weepiung for what ever reason. Weeping comes with the lost of a loved one, or a dear friend, or it comes with joyful tidings ,that makes our heart happy.

Weeping is a letting go of tears its' a healthy release of stress and anxiety or joy; when we cry. If you hadn't noticed you yet; the next time you weep, pay close attention to how good you feel afterwards and how lightly your burdens seem to be after crying.  Weeping is a healthy and joyful release of tears shed by us.

That is so true creativeone - I do so admire the fact that Jesus was a man of emotion, and he wasn't afraid to show. Even still, he struck the perfect balance and it is a great lesson to us today.
