Definition of the word Ought: Means to express obligation, advisability or expectant.

Luke chapter 24 - 26 :  ought not Christ to have suffered these things and to enter into his glory.

John chapter 4 - 20 : Our father worshipped in this mountain : and ye say that in Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship.

Acts chapter 5 - 29 : Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, we ought to obey God rather than  men.

Romans chapter  8 - 26 : Likewise the spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we  know not what we should pray for as we ought; but the spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groaning which cannot be uttered.

Hebrews chapter 5 - 12 : For when the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one principal of the oracle of God ; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.

Today's daily word of encouragement word is Ought: Which means to express obligation, advisability or expectations. The word ought can tell you what or what not to do,then their are things that we ought not to do and things that we ought to do.  The bible tells us that Peter and the other apostle's answered and said, we ought to obey God , rather than man," which mean, that we ought to obey God instead of man;because man will let you down and God never will. We must always put our trust in God, our father.
