The bible tells us " And he took bread and gave thanks and brake it and gave unto them, saying this is my body which is given for you: This do in remembrance of me" Which means at the table of the Lord supper; with the twelve disciples, Jesus took the bread and break it and gave thanks to God the father and gave to his disciples saying this is my body ,which he gave to them and said do this in remembrance of me.
