For All Eternity

Updated on November 10, 2009

Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes has eternal life. I am the bread of life. I am the living bread that came down out of heaven; if anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread also which I will give for the life of the world is My flesh. He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day.

John 6:46,47,51,54 NASB

How often do you take communion?

Some in Jesus' time as He walked the earth didn't know what He was talking about as He said, eat my flesh and drink my blood..they we're very confused, but mostly I get the immpression that they had no idea what He ment. The scribes didn't have no idea what He ment when He said this.

I do communion every sunday, I feel refreshed and better as I go on and start a new week.

Recognizing what Jesus did for us on the cross is very important. If we don't take communion in the right manner some of our families can become ill, or we can become as we take communion we need to focus on Him, and the cross.

John 6:35

Then Jesus declared, "I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty.

He is the bread of life, we will never be thirsty or go hungry, His ways are so right and there truth, His truth will lead us home to live with Him for all Eternity.

Let's take communion, let's do it regular and when we get to Heaven let's praise His name, for He is worthy.

Hi Jesus my joy, I missed your hubs. I took a little break.

It seems when I am in the midst of 'growing' I can not get the words to paper until I get more clarity. When my writing is active at hub pages I catch up to my hub friends. I am amazed how many of them just get the hubs out like a moving train. I am grateful because I am Blessed by so many gifted writers and believers. Much has been revealed to me about myself in writing. God is amazing. I know his children must humor him. Anyway I will be back soon.

I love what you share, I love your ministry. I am grateful our paths have crossed. I pray now this hub reach's many.

I am going to link it to twitter right now.

Cheers jesusmyjoy. With Love, your sister Thank You for visiting my new hub'redeemer'

      Hugs sister

I fail to take communion as often as I should but I absolutely believe in its power to strengthen our fellowship with Christ and relationship with him. I also believe there is healing power in communion.

A much needed Hub, thank you for it!

Yes, we live in preparation for our life with Eternity, our Eternal God. We partake of communion to keep us ever mindful of the sacrifice of Jesus, the tearing of His flesh and the shedding of His own blood for our souls. Thank you dear lady of God!
