It is known in psychology that carrying negative feelings toward others causes a behavioral issue called self-sabotage. This happens quickly in a society flooded with negative feelings. And when conflict dominate the relationship between you and people close to you .
While forgiveness elevate humanity, previous experiences determine whether you are able to reconcile with someone insulted you . But the good news is; if you forgive, you are protected by a shield that enhances the communication ability you have with others. self-sabotaging, could result in disasters and wars. Will live in this world only who has the ability to maintain love.
Let's make it simple, imagine that a man loved a girl who cheated on him. Yet, he still respects her unconditionally. This man is able to live in peace. However, this experience will repeat it-self again in similar circumstances. Therefore, only love of Allah will last and remains your survival.
Loving Allah , the universe and creatures gives human life-giving energy and the feeling of being. Allah Almighty said (But those who believe are stronger in love for Allah) , (Surat Al-Baqara verse: 165).
Persistence and alignment with one's self are necessary for adhering to human values. Which is not possible without them. Effective communication with others will increase the inner enlightenment and all this will set the world free from fear and anger.
Controlling desires helps in adapting new way of thinking. At the end, this will lead to rescue people not destroying them. Demoralizing and insulting others is negatively affecting mental health.
Focusing on extortion , oppression practices is preventing us from assessing the current situation probably. Until we adhere to human values, we will not be able to think ethically.
Accept the past and the future peacefully. Say to yourself every day and night, " I rely on the will of God in everything" . Allah Almighty said (I do not want from them any provision, nor do I want them to feed Me. Indeed, it is Allah who is the [continual] Provider, the firm possessor of strength.) , (Surat Adh-Dhariyat verse: 57-58).
