God's Will Be Done

Updated on April 21, 2011
"The will of God is based upon this and this only, that Jesus died and that He who knew no sin became sin so that in Him we would become the righteousness of God."
"The will of God is based upon this and this only, that Jesus died and that He who knew no sin became sin so that in Him we would become the righteousness of God."

I am a truth seeker and have been for many years. Today something was brought to my attention, once again. Do you know what God's will is for you? None of us can say we know everything that He has in store for us until we get to that point but we all know one important thing, and that's to trust in what He says.

For the past two years I've begged and pleaded for God to heal me, to make me better and though He has helped me out, He never healed me. Today I found out why...

Some may think this is harsh or even arrogant but sometimes the truth will sting but once that sting has passed, the skin will heal. In the bible we are taught that Jesus died for ALL our sins and salvation is there to who so ever will take it, correct? In knowing this, why do we ask to be saved? God's will for mankind is our salvation. We not need to ask of Him, something He has already done. That's like asking for a gift that was already given to you. Its our choice to choose weather or not to receive this salvation. To simply take what is in front of us.

Healing is also in God's will for mankind. In the bible we learn that healing, too, was changed on the cross. When Jesus died on the cross, we not only received the gift of salvation, but when we do accept Jesus as our savior, we then too, receive Christ into our hearts.Once we have salvation, we have Jesus Christ in our hearts, in our bodies, coursing thru our veins (spiritually of coarse). In that we receive God and a special gift that He gave to Jesus. Laying of the hands, as most call it, is what Jesus did for his followers years and years ago. He would simply command sickness to leave the flesh. This was possible thru God. Jesus' purpose was not only for our salvation but he walked among us to teach us how God wants us to live. In that, we learn that we too can heal each other and ourselves with our hands. Now, before you go all crazy saying this is witch craft, this is not. It is not our powers that we use to heal living things, but the power of God thru Jesus Christ. Are you following me?

So why is it that we all ask God for healing of the physical body? Why do we plead and beg God to heal us when in is will, He says it's done? God has already healed me, He's already healed you, its just a matter of accepting it. God does not want us to me sick or unhealthy for any reason. Don't be fooled into the lies of, He's making you sick to teach you something. I bought into that lie and have been sick for 2 years! God does NOT want ANYONE to be sick for any REASON! God won't make you something that He hates. Would God make you sin??? NO! So why would He make you sick? God wants us all to be happy and healthy. If we choose to go against His will, we go against Him.

So weather you have a cold, or cancer or the "doctor" said your going to die... IGNORE it! That's not the will of God. I know this may not make much sense because I can't quote scripture very well, so please copy and paste the link below into your browser and watch Andrew Wommack's teachings. It will explain everything I just said with the word of God.
