Untouched vistas exist beyond the realm of us that use the triple alliance (repetition, faith, and courage).

Thou wilt never be spiritual minded and godly unless thou art silent concerning other men’s matters and take full heed to thyself.” Thomas `A Kempis

To many the term ‘holding water’ denotes the ability to keep a secret or to withstand criticism.

To have confidence in another is giving one spiritual merit. This is juxtaposed to having faith in God. In the book of Job, God spotlighted Job as a shining example of humanity to Satan (Job 1:8). God had confidence in Job, just as we are to have confidence in God before we can be considered faithful (Heb. 11:1). The modern expression of ‘holding water’ points to the prerequisite of having confidence in another. Giving one an intimate nugget of information can be learned to be a haphazard adventure that tears at the heart. This principle is confirmed of God’s servants are selected to keep his secrets

During the Church Age (33 A.D. – 2014 A.D.), the Spirit of God assists Christians in building the Kingdom of Heaven as we lend our bodies to the task. As our bodies need water to provide vitality to our flesh, thus renewing our soul. To the ancients, the presence of water led to thriving civilizations. As these usually were founded in close proximity to fresh water sources.

Where there is no water there is wilderness. Usually when one thinks of wilderness one considers trees and brush, not barrenness and desert. However, the word wilderness when applied in Biblical settings refers to unfruitful, arid areas that do not support flourishing ecosystems or places inhabitable to man. Water is the strongest force in nature and is not weakened by any barrier. If enough force is applied, also considering long periods of time, even rocks can’t remain unchanged with drops of water constantly dripping upon it

However, the internal presence of water in living creatures is necessary. Your body has to hold water to function properly. To maintain equilibrium of bodily functions, adequate liquids (not inebriants) must be available. Many do not hold water; instead they consume intoxicants that crave to be replenished constantly. Can you hold water?

"The secret of the Lord is with them that fear Him: and He will show them His covenant" (Psalms 25:14).

Man’s soul becomes a wilderness if the spirit man is not a welcoming place for the Holy Spirit to dwell. Dry areas are sought out by unclean spirits to dwell (Matt. 12:43-45). These are putrid spirits that want to manifest their stench naturally, as in the breath of a drunkard.

Drunkenness is not acceptable to God.

It grieves the Spirit of God to live spiritually regenerated but influenced by spirits unlike His Spirit. It is a great fallacy to regularly consume alcohol and think to be a part of God’s Kingdom (Gal. 5:21). Man can’t hear Gods’ voice clearly if filled with intoxicants like wine from grapes or beer from hops and barley or other such drinks derived from that which grows from the earth (Gal. 4:9).

Name it, Claim it.

Qualified for a Miracle

The advent of human life itself is a miracle. Of the millions of male cells competing to enter a female’s egg you and I made it to the womb that we may see the light of day. Not only that, we have become candidates to carry the light of God (the same LIGHT that existed before sunlight). We have the opportunity to brilliantly shine as God’s Spirit flows from us as it did the containers which held the water that was turned into wine.

Jesus’ first miracle of turning water into wine at the Wedding of Cana of Galilee (John 2:1-12) was significant because it solidified His ministry after the disciples were assembled. They believed on Him, afterwards they set up shop in Capernaum and launched the greatest revolution in human history. Now in these last days, God is qualifying you to hold His Spirit but as a prerequisite you must be able to hold water, transforming into a nonporous being sealed by the Holy Spirit able to reverence God!

Confidence beyond Boundaries

Who are you listening to? Even more important, where are you getting your information? When listening intently, one could gain insight of great value to be used later in life. Listening is a character strengthening virtue. We alone as humans only have a short time to stand upon the earth. As one keeps their head toward the sky, burdens become light as a vapor, as in a life. The crescendos of Satan have no weight compared to the glory yet, to be revealed in and through us from a steadfast commitment to the Word of God. Great leaps of faith occur when listening to those who build confidence. Inspired individual can achieve limitless possibilities with just one thought fused into a unique personality. Throughout history man has brought to fruition thoughts that still stand as great testaments of man’s prowess. Countless discoveries have inspired inventions that have surpassed boundaries set in history. Achievements are made with confidence in intangibles. New realities come from thoughts created by belief in something.

Confidence in What you are called to do.

CONFIDENCE adds to the overall well being of a person or organism. God called many to serve in these confidence building offices. After His ascension Christ left us gifts “And he gave some, apostles, and some, prophets, and some, pastors and teachers, For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry for the edifying of the body of Christ” (Ephesians 4:11-12). Authors and Teachers and many others are gifted to edify the character of the called out ones.

Those in the ministry build the confidence of others and usually have a “YOU WIN, I WIN: I fly you fly" perspective. Conversely, some ministers preach the word of God for self grandiosity believing "YOU SINK, I SWIM or YOU SWIM, I FLY. "Notwithstanding, every way, whether in pretense, or in truth, Christ is preached” (Phil. 1:18). Yet again there are those that counter what John wrote “Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers” (3 John 1:2). Wolves in sheep's gear, preach laws; dos and dont's, and offer personal observances, which examine what others lack. This preaching does not inspire confidence but engenders conceit. Conceit unlike confidence takes from the hearer to build the speaker. Conceded preaching does not edify the church it condemns in the quest of convicting others thus usurps the task of the Holy Spirit. The conceded preacher instead of being led by the Holy Spirit leads others into scriptures that are wrongly divided to fit into a religious and pride filled spirit (see Is. 14:13, Ez. 28:17). The Spirit of God is not a secondary agent and does not fit into a box created by human religion. The Wisdom of God and the Holy Spirit the Principal and the Principle.

WINNING Synergy in Competition

SYNERGY defined

The unification of separate entities has shown to be a greater impact than singular unit standing alone, whether it be an individual unit, community, country, etc. A singular unit has a lesser impact than compounded ones.

Synergy comes from the Latin synergo and mean the synchronicity of energies and translates from the Greek words: working together (2 Corinthians 6:1) or (1 Cor. 3:9) laborers together

Culturally in the East, High Standards are Placed on Effort.

This mild contrast was a reflection of a deep cultural rift in the west (even deeper than race). The West places much emphasis on winning. The East places much emphasis on effort. These different approaches may have affected the synergistic impact of the game.

This example of synergy showed a vibrant animation of enthusiasm from the Japanese boys wearing South Korean Jerseys, bouncing around like happy electrons in the stands. This act of the (semi finalist) losing team placing the Jerseys of those who defeated them shows a selfless unity that was absence in the West. The agony of defeat for the Las Vegas team left them scorned in the seats. This made the struggle harder for the Chicago natives against the perennial favorite South Koreans. Those who were just defeated needed to show support to the team that just defeated them. Is this unAmerican? Or is it just the West places so much emphasis on winning that the focus of sportsmanship and having fun are no longer tangible. During this championship game the South Korean won defeating the National Little League Champions 8 -4.

The Eastern Hemisphere Champions South Korea (who defeated Japan) versus the Western Hemisphere Champions Chicago, Illinois (who defeated the Las Vegas, Nevada team) were contenders for the 2014 Little League World Title Championship.

Japan's team (semi finalist) were actually wearing South Korea Jerseys but the Las Vegas team (Western Semi Finalist) were wearing their Red Jerseys not the yellow of the Chicago All Stars.
