Heaven Where is It – Who Will Live There in Eternity
Please Read this Before we Begin. Here we teach scriptural truths that are not taught most places. These are essential truths that you cannot be a real disciple of Christ without properly understanding.
Because of this fact you must follow the scripture “do not be deceived my beloved brethren” and see that YOU are not deceived. In order to not be deceived you must not believe what I or any other man wants to teach you unless and until it has been confirmed in scripture and by the Holy Spirit of God to you Personally as Truth. That is your responsibility no matter who is teaching you.
Heaven – Everyone has an Opinion but what does Scripture say
Many of the gospel songs and most that profess to be Christians talk about going to heaven. So we need to know what scripture actually says about heaven, where it is. Who lives there now and who will live there in eternity. Do the saints go to heaven, will God live there, is that where the eternal Kingdom of God will be located? Lets take a journey through scripture and see what we find to be truth.
Where is heaven
To find the answer to this question we must go to Genesis where God created EVERYTHING.
Gen 1:1 In the beginning God created heaven and the earth.
Gen 1:2 And the earth was without form and empty. And darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved on the face of the waters.
Gen 1:6 And God said, Let there be an expanse in the middle of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.
Gen 1:7 And God made the expanse, and divided the waters which were under the expanse from the waters which were above the expanse; and it was so.
Gen 1:8 And God called the expanse, Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.
Gen 1:9 And God said, Let the waters under heaven be gathered together to one place, and let the dry land appear; and it was so.
Gen 1:10 And God called the dry land, Earth. And He called the gathering together of the waters, Seas. And God saw that it was good.
So from the creation account in scripture we see that heaven was created in the beginning by God.
Remember ALL things were created by God in the beginning, there was nothing, we know, including people before this time. Notice that there still is water out there somewhere above the earth, surrounding it. We know nothing about this water (God divided it did not do away with it) other than it is out there somewhere above heaven. Now look closely and you will see that heaven is the area from the surface of the earth to the water above it. No matter where you are on the earth this is true the heaven is above you from the surface earth to the water above. The earth is the dry land also found between the waters but beneath the heaven. Also note that some water was left under the heaven which God gathered together and called the seas. Then notice that He said all this He had created was good, approved by God the creator. Heaven is not some faraway place off somewhere that we do not understand as some teach, God clearly tells us in scripture where heaven is. It is the space from and including the surface of the earth to the waters out beyond the heaven.
Understanding Heaven
Now this is the part that is so difficult for the human mind and spirit to receive. If you are a true disciple of Christ you should already understand that scripture cannot be correctly understood unless you have been baptized in the Holy Spirit. That you have to be able to see into the Spiritual world of God and His Son who is Lord of this age to understand Spiritual things. The carnal spirit of man will never see the world as God does. That is why scripture says we must ALL be of one accord and that there are to be NO DIVISIONS among the disciples of Christ. Division is the way of apostate men that are devoid of the Holy Spirit of God, and do not trust God. And scripture tells us that when we reject the word of God because we do not have a love for the truth that surpasses all that we desire or believe, that we will be sent a strong delusion that we must believe the lie and can not see truth unless we repent of our unbelief. Heaven is simply the space surrounding the earth between the surface of the earth and the waters surrounding it somewhere out in space.
Where does God Live
Now where does God live? God lives in Heaven, that great space between the waters surrounding the earth and the surface of the earth. Remember, God is a Spirit, not a man, He has no human form, as a Spirit He can be all over heaven and earth at the same time, this is a hard thing for the human mind to comprehend but it is true, Time does not matter to God and most things that do matter to God are Spiritual and impossible for the human mind to see. That is why we must let the Holy Spirit of God possess (take over) our carnal mind if we want to become His sons and live eternally with Him on His new earth. We do this By being baptized in God's Holy Spirit and following His leading.
Who else lives in heaven presently, during this age. God, Jesus and the Angels currently live in heaven.
And Jesus is Lord in heaven also until the judgment. Having been given All authority on heaven and earth for this age.

1Pe 3:21 which figure now also saves us, baptism; not a putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God, by the resurrection of Jesus Christ;
1Pe 3:22 who is at the right hand of God, having gone into Heaven, where the angels and authorities and powers are being subjected to Him.
What happens at the end of time (as we know it)
Again as we look to scripture we see that many things that are taught by some just cannot be supported by scripture and must be discarded by the real disciples of Christ. Scripture says at the end of time as we know it, then comes the judgment. Time, this earth, this heaven, mankind and all unrighteousness will cease to exist. Some say that the unrighteous will live in torment forever but scripture tells a different story. According to scripture that is a false doctrine made up by men. Scripture which IS the word of God (and some bibles that have translated it correctly, but not all) clearly states that the unrighteous, those whose names are not found in the book of life are cast into the lake of fire for destruction. Thus the earth is cleansed of all unrighteousness by fire.
Rev 20:13-15 The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. 14 Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.
Rev 21:7-8 He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son. 8 But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death."
Where do all the people Go
Much of what is taught and written about the end is not in accordance to scripture, but is from the ranks of men that are void of the Holy Spirit and do not, actually can not, understand scripture because the Holy Spirit is just now actually opening up the depth of the truths of the book of the Revelation of jesus Christ. The book of revelation is not about the end time events, as most say it is, as the first verse tells us it is the REVELATION OF WHO CHRIST REALLY IS. Yes it tells us of future events, things that will happen leading up to and at the time of His return for the sons of God, but its purpose is to give a clearer picture of who this Son of God is and what His place and function during this last age of man really is.
Rev 1:1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants — things which must shortly take place.
Here is a simple explanation of what happens at the end. Time ends at the judgment seat of God, the great white throne judgment seat appears. God is sitting on His throne, Jesus (who has now returned all power and authority to God) is there at God's Right hand in submission to Him. Books are opened and each man's works are exposed. The Lamb's book of Life is open before them. All the man (man is mankind, male and female) that have ever lived are gathered, alive, having been resurrected to face judgment, in front of the throne to find out if they will be allowed entry into eternity or be cast to their destruction in the lake of fire, never to be seen or heard again. They will be destroyed, not as some falsely teach tormented forever, that is why scripture calls this the second death. True disciples, the sons of God, whose name Jesus has previously written in His book will inherit the earth at this time, all whose names are NOT written previously in His book, there are no second chances here, will be cast into the lake of fire and burned to death. (the earth being cleansed by fire instead of drowning) All the unrighteous, as it was in the time of Noah, have been destroyed off the earth and the sons of God (male and female) have inherited the earth as scripture shows us. Note: God, never has taken His people off the earth in times of trouble, see Noah in the Ark, Lot, the Israelites in Goshen, and The three young men in the firey furnace, he has always protected them THROUGH the time of trouble, and will do the same this time. If you have been taught about a rapture, you will see here that it is a doctrine of apostate men (men not of one accord with Christ the Lord of this Age) and does not fit into scripture or the character of God.
Then after this the earth and heaven and human beings as we know them will disappear, a new heaven and earth will come down out of heaven, God and His throne move down to the new earth while at the same time the sons of God are transformed into eternal beings and inherit the new earth. There will be no unrighteous ever on the new earth, there is no time as we know it and we will live forever WITH GOD AND HIS SON on the new earth we have inherited. Why a new heaven and earth? Because of the corruption of the earth by the sons of man God cannot live there so He creates a new heaven and earth which has not and never will be poluted by man. Why? Because He is going to move to this new earth to live among His sons for eternty, as He lived with Adam before Adam's disobedience brought death to man..
Conclusion
Unfortunately we have found that most of the teaching on the end times (the end of mankind) simply DO NOT LINE UP WITH SCRIPTURE. Though they are uplifting and fun to sing a large number of the old hymns and gospel songs do not tell the truth. They just help enforce false doctrines as we get familiar with them. Bibles, the translations of scripture by men, include the beliefs of the translators to mislead the reader to believe their doctrines. The scriptures are clear, bibles are not and some are designed to be misleading. That's why there are hundreds of them and more are appearing every day.
We must understand these facts or we will miss out on much that is of God because the churches of men do not want you to understand many of these truths that will show you they are not leading you to Christ but to their divided false kingdom they call christianity. If we expect to enter God's eternal Kingdom we must understand we are not called to be be church members but WE ARE CALLED and we MUST become disciples of Christ, the redeemer and the ONLY man that can write our names in the Lamb's book of Life. NO OTHER MAN can do this. Christ also tells us we have a job and it is to make disciples of Christ. WE can not be a disciple of Christ if we do not become of one Spirit with God, Christ and our fellow sons of God and make disciples of Christ. There is no other way to become of one Spirit and be all of one accord as required by scripture, only the Holy Spirit's presence in each of us can make us all of one accord. That Is solely the work of the Holy Spirit. But when we correctly understand this NO MAN can deceive us or Divide us. We can then be real disciples of Christ.
I know this is difficult for many to see because they have been raised within the church system. But I assure you if you will sit down with the Holy Spirit ( if you have not been baptized in the Holy Spirit you simply cannot understand it) and if not baptized in the Holy Spirit just ask Jesus the Lord of this age, to baptize you with His Holy Spirit, this will make you of one Spirit with Him and God as required, then ask His help as you study, asking Him to show you all truth as he was sent to do. If you do not love the truths of God more than what you believe you may find yourself, at the judgment seat of God and hear these words.
Matt 7:21-23 "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' 23 And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'
Please do not let this be you, let the Holy Spirit of the Living God show you ALL of God's truths.
This is not a game as some seem to think, this is about your eternal destiny
