Run Him Out

Mankind has an enemy named Satan, who wants to destroy the human race the scriptures put it this way ”Satan goes around as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour” (1 Peter5:8) the good news, here is that he’s not a roaring lion but as a roaring loin. Jesus begins his earthly ministry by running Satan out of his life doing his time of temptation the scripture teaches that after Jesus had fasted for forty days then the tempter came to Jesus, and made what could be summed up as three offers the Lust of the flesh, the Lust of the eyes and the Pride of life. In Matthew chapter four Jesus kicks Satan out of his life by the word of God example “Man should not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeded out of the mouth of God.” This is but one of Jesus’ three rebuttals to Satan offers at the place of temptation, but the importance of these responses lived on because they undo what happen in the garden of Eden when Eve had no answer to Satan deceptive tongue and did not kick him out.

As sure as Satan came to Christ to tempt him and destroy his life, he's out to destroy your life, and just like Christ kicked him out you can too. Throughout the word of God, there are promises made to those who believe, and they are the key to getting Satan out of your life below are some of the promises of God that will help get Satan out of your Life. One scripture that will help bring the promises of God to mind being Psalms One: “Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly nor stands in the way of sinners nor sits in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in his law does he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth his fruit in his season; his leaf shall not wither, and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. The ungodly are not so but are like the chaff which the wind drives away. Therefore, the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, or sinners in the congregation of the righteous. For the Lord knows the way of the righteous; but the way of the ungodly shall perish." Psalms one is a promise from the word of God on the blessed man the one who chooses God’s way when a Man or woman chooses God’s way they effectively kick Satan out of their lives.

Keeping Satan Out of Ones Life

In Corinthians 10:3-5 it tells us that “Thought, we walk in the flesh we do not war after the flesh (for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God for the pulling down of strongholds) casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalted itself against the knowledge of God,” remember we are learning how to kick the devil out.So in Corinthians 10 the believer is given a description of out to war against the wiles of Satan. This sets us up for the real daily battle we face and the next section which is how to arm ourselves for spiritual warfare.

The keys to Spiritual Warfare.

In Ephesians chapter six we are reminded to put on the whole armor of God. “Put on the whole armor of God that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.”If you continue to read in Ephesians you will find that God has equipped us to withstand the onslaught of Satan if we are battle ready.

And conclusion if we want Satan out of our lives we have been given the ability to deal with him it just a matter to be willing to let the spirit man lead. When the spirit man leads its not us fighting the battle . This is when the Christ in us takes over and the glory of the lord is reveal and Satan flees because he reminded of his defeat at Calvary. So lets kick him out and live victorious on earth.
