How to do Automatic Writing
The Simplicity of Automatic Writing.
All that is needed for this is paper, pen or pencil, a piece of paper and a quiet place. Typing on a computer is also an option for some. I prefer hand writing and and then transferring if needed for a reading. Some people prefer to use a timer to end the session.
Get into a quiet room in a comfortable place, sitting at a desk or table, laying or sitting on a couch or bed is fine.
Put the pen to paper and start writing what ever comes to mind. For some it will come in images, for others it can come as sounds or words. Just write what is coming, whatever the form may be.
This is a form of channeling and like tarot cards can be used as a reading for oneself or others that are present. Having a question at hand can be helpful but is not required. Some people need a period of meditating to begin the automatic writing and some can go right to it.
It is very important to be in a positive state to do automatic writing to receive valid answers to questions and insight into the present.
The more this is practiced the easier it becomes. So do it as often as possible. When problems arise and you have blocks that keep you from your goals or callings use Automatic writing to bring down the walls and create solutions.
I enjoy doing it along and doing it in group sessions. In a simple business meeting or the comfort of your bedroom you will be pleasantly surprised about the ideas and solutions that come to you from the greater self, the collective self.
