I Need an Introduction

Well, to be honest, probably not terribly special. I'm just a strange non-binary witch with a flair of the darkly dramatic. I'm a struggling writer. I'm off and on homeless. Rarely do I have stable work and I've had a ton of crazy different job experiences. I drink coffee like it's my life blood and sometimes I have one too many beers. Cats are the best ever, but I also have befriend two Cairn Terriers that love me to death. I'm kind of a walking contradiction, but as a Libra I always try to see all sides of a situation.

I've been a practicing witch for several years now and through my own unique practice, I've developed an affinity for working with the dark side and with spirits and entities. I'm also rather scholarly in this area and I love to read and soak up as much information as I can about other magic practices and historical contexts. So you'll see some of that from time to time.

My boyfriend is a hardcore punk and could probably tell you the date Joe Strummer was born off the top of his head. In my own way, I have a passion for Goth rock, and the following fashions and lifestyle born out of the movement.

I spent a few years heavily involved in the Gothic Lolita scene as well. I may not wear it much anymore, but I'm still a wealth of knowledge when it comes to where to buy, how to make, and what to wear it with!

As I said, I identify as non-binary. That means I don't really place myself in the category of just female or just male...I'm somewhere in between or outside the spectrum altogether. There aren't a lot of resources or support for the non-binary crowd and I really hope to help provide some of that to other hub users.
