In Response To Norine
This is what it is about.
I answered a question posed on hub pages. It asked: "If a person is a good person but does not accept Jesus Christ, will he go to Hell?"
I answered:
Carol McNairy Wight (C McNairy Wight 1) says
God loves everyone. We will all be resurrected. Those who did not accept Christ in this life will be given chances in the next life. Christ will do anything to get us back in His fold. I do not believe in Hell, except for the Sons of Perdition. -those who knew the gospel was true by revelation from God and denied it.
Noreen then asked me:

Who told u this Carol? Explain Heb 9:27 "And it's appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment!"
READ Heb 3:15-19!
Can u provide Scripture for your belief? I'm open for learning!
Hebrews 9:27
Hebrews speaks of the judgement day after our death. How soon after our death? Heaven is for eternity. There will be no time rush there. Who is to say how soon this judgement will come? Might there not be time for people to be taught?
"Verly, verily I say unto you,The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God:and they that hear shall live.-John 5:25
"For this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit."-Peter4:6
Hebrews 3:19
This chapter is speaking of the Heavenly calling of the Priesthood. The disciples were being admonished to follow Christ so that they could be members of the Priesthood.
"Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Jesus Christ.
The chapter goes on to speak of Moses, who came down from the mountain ready to establish the organization of the church. He wanted to give thePriesthood to his people. When he saw them worshipping the golden calf, etc. he knew that they were not worthy. Hence, the last verse:
So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief. This does not mean they could not enger heaven, but they could not hold the Priesthood at that time.
Other things I mentioned
I said that ALL men will be resurrected.
"For as in Adam all die,. even so in Christ shall all be made alive."-1 Cor.15:22
In Acts 24:15 Paul says, "There shall certainly be a resurrection of both the righteous and the wicked." John 5:28-29 says, "For an hour is coming, in which all who are in the tombs shall hear His voice, and shall come forth; those who did the good deeds to a resurrection of life, those who committed the evil deeds to a resurrection of judgment."
I Hope this Answers Your Questions
Well, Norine, I hope this helps explain my point of view. I will be happy to answer any other questions you may have.
