Transforming Our World Together

We must move forward from the pains of our past. We must learn forgiveness and acceptance of our unique differences. The world is at a turning point, we must make a choice as to what path we will take. Will we destroy ourselves? Will we rise above the ignorance of the past and learn from the mistakes we’ve made? The power to make that change is within us all. Whether you are Christian, Muslim, Jewish, Buddhist or of any of the worlds great religions, we have been given the power of choice and of reason. Our thoughts of separation from each other and our world and our greed have stained our minds, but we must realize that our world must rise from the darkness. It is within all of you reading this article to change your thoughts, to be mindful of yourself and of what you are doing.

Those that would try to control that change and take the world for their own self preservation are blinded by selfish greed. Those that would take a backseat even though they know the truth are just as guilty as those that would perpetrate and enable that greed to flourish. We must take back our power through the power of intention and through our actions towards one another. Change can come from doing the right things, by making the better choice, by promoting charity and acceptance. You have that power within yourself to make those choices.

Never be afraid to change yourself, we are creatures of habit, addicted to our wants and desires. There is no need to covet others things. We must learn to accept what we have and be happy that we have it. Everyday we awake we are loved by our families and friends. We can learn to nourish this love and spread it around the world to one another. A smile to a stranger, helping a person you see in need, being kind to your neighbors is all action created by choice and this intention of goodwill spreads like ripples in a pond. We will never be able to change everyone else’s mind but we can change our own and temper our thoughts and our reactions.

Be mindful of the moment, focus on the day and not tomorrow. Make an effort to be kind to others. If you are upset then let the moment pass, feel your feelings and then find within your heart the acceptance of your feelings. Do not carry negative thoughts into the world around you. The more positive you are the more positive things will come to you, your health and wellbeing will reflect your positive outlook.

Think positive thoughts, when in meditation or praying use part of that time to focus your positive thoughts out into the world as a whole. Taking these simple steps can help make positive change for our world.

Focused Intention

Intention Focusing can be done in more than one way, the power of prayer, meditation, and visualization are all ways to create intent. Every thought we have is manifesting in our mind, this manifestation has a ripple effect at the quantum level. Here I will help you to exercise that effect by focusing your intent on a positive outcome. These practices can be used in healing, in changing things, and in mass creating global changes.

  • Find a place that feels positively charged with good energy, even create this place using music, peaceful sounds, or in nature.
  • Be mindful of your feelings and thoughts in this place.
  • Relax and breath letting the cool air fill your lungs with life.
  • Focus on your breathing.
  • Take notice of all the physical feelings you might have; an itch, a tickle, a dry throat and let them go.
  • Remain in the moment let thoughts drift away from you.
  • Do not fall asleep as it is easy to do so when in this relaxed state of mind.
  • Once you have found yourself in the moment begin your prayer, visualization by focusing your thoughts on the change you intend to happen.

This is all there is to it. You can do it at home, at work, or on your free time. This is not a hard thing to do and it takes but moments to do so.
