Interested In Free Bible Study?
Do you feel you should be or could be reading the bible more?
If your anything like me... You love God for what He does, love Jesus for what he did and want to stay grounded in your faith; But the thing is, weather its a lack of time or a lack of concentration... You just don't read the bible or study scripture like you should.
I have always had a rough time reading books. I can do short reads but they have to really interest me or I find myself skimming through the words. I try my best to make a point to at least do some sort of faith building exercise at least a few times a week... Well, honestly... I know that's not enough. I know that's not enough because my anxiety is acting up again and I am under constant stress. Stress, as we all know, can not only devalue your life emotionally... but it can effect your body, physically, as well. Stress stems from fear, frustration, anger, doubt, anxiety, worry, and even pride. Know what fixes all of that? Hope, faith, joy.... God. If we all took even 10 minutes out of our day to study the word and speak to God, I can bet we would all feel just a little bit better!
Excuses aside, I found a tool that has help me in the past and I am starting it again. I was never one of them people who enjoyed school. The only time I did good was when it was something "I" wanted to learn. I did some research online about a year or so ago. I wanted to go to some sort of bible school. I needed help learning the bible better and needed time set aside every day to devote to God. Sometimes I found myself reading the bible, studying it, highlighting things and really going at it... Other times, I'll say "I'll read it later..." But later never comes. Most "Bible Colleges" cost about the same amount as a trade school does and their aren't nearly as many around. Nor to mention, even $2000-$6000 is hard to pay off right now. With the way the economy is, you can't just be throwing money around. There I go again! Not trusting God enough.... SEE! I need more faith and to be grounded in the word! Anyways... I decided to search for real, free online bible study courses. God led me right to one! Simply put, its "Bible University"! Its easy, quick and you even get quizzed after each lesson. They not only use scripture but help you better understand it. Did I mention its free to enroll! 999% FREE! No joke, no scam! I actually have been meaning to find the website again and I should have guessed it, it isn't that hard to remember!
There's nothing fancy or confusing about the website. They don't even need all your personal information. Its takes, from what I remember, 5 minutes to enroll. You get to pick and choose what your want to learn. Some things you must complete before you get to learn others. Its like a real college, only minus the drinking, the sin and the enormous bill they expect you to pay back even if you don't find a job! The link is below, as I said, easy to remember! Also - I take notes as I learn things. I like to reflect back on what I learned to make sure it don't escape my mind later on. For as smart as I can be, I sure can be air headed!
