What is Kundalini yoga? It is the culmination of Eastern philosophy, Hinduism and Yoga. The word "Kundalini" means "wheel of life" in Sanskrit.

The Indian belief is that every human being has a spiritual self. This "spiritual self" is only realized when it is harnessed. To harness it, it must be tapped and transformed.

It is essential to understand that Yoga and Meditation are spiritual practices that have no formal study. There is no one person or teacher who can teach or supervise the practice of Yoga. They are considered to be a gift that comes to those who follow the path.

Once you begin to study the principles of Kundalini Yoga, you will find that there are many different practices to choose from. Each practice has a different purpose. Learning the various practices will lead you down a path that will test your mental and physical limits.

A lot of people want to learn Kundalini Yoga because they think that it can help them become stronger, better, and more confident. Others want to use it to help them deal with stress. No matter how you want to use Kundalini Yoga, the path is the same.

With Kundalini Yoga, you become a student of life. The world is your classroom. You are living your life as if you were watching it on a videotape recorder.

You will watch your life unfold before your eyes, just as a student watching a seminar on the subject would do. Everything from stress to love and hate is being dissected so that you can better understand yourself.

Once you learn to harness the powers of Kundalini Yoga, you will see and feel the transformation. You will experience the universal laws that govern the universe.

When you have mastered the basics of Kundalini Yoga, you will be able to open your mind to new possibilities. You will be able to experience anything and everything you want.

Kundalini Yoga will teach you how to merge with the universe. At this time, you will be able to heal or not to heal yourself. By using Kundalini Yoga in conjunction with Western medical science, you will be well on your way to full recovery.
