Did Jesus Say He is the Son of God?

Updated on October 31, 2016

God Revealed the Messiah to John the Baptist

The Holy Spirit told John that the Messiah would be revealed by the flight of a dove.

Challenges from the Islamic Community

Muslims teach several false statements about Jesus. This is unfortunate. We all have a right to hear the truth about Jesus. Many Muslims challenge me, saying Jesus is not the Son of God. They also like to say, "Islam is better than Christianity- We have both Mohammed and Jesus." This has been my personal experience as a military Arabic translator in Kuwait and in Iraq. This has also been my experience via private messages on YouTube.

Unlike the evening news, these conversations are polite. Arabs and other residents of the Middle East have an extremely polite culture. The purpose of this writing is not to insult Islam, Muslims or the Mideast. I am clarifying a misunderstanding, repeated widely in Islamic circles.

Here is a PM received this morning:

JESUS (pbuh) has ever wanted to be called GOD or SON of GOD, THIS IS AN INSULT TO GOD ALMIGHTY,

In response to Sayyed Al-Turki, I compiled the following scriptures:

Jesus is the Son of God- 18 Historical Accounts

Greetings, Al-Turki,

May my Heavenly Father grant you peace and wisdom that surpasses understanding.

When the Persian King Nebuchadnezzar threw three Jews into a furnace for refusing to worship an idol, he saw this:

Dan 3:25 He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.

Some sailors recognized the truth after Jesus commanded the sea to "be quiet" and immediately a storm ceased and the waters became flat.

Mat 14:33 Then they that were in the ship came and worshiped him, saying, Of a truth thou art the Son of God.

When Jesus was crucified on the cross, the graves of prophets opened, and those men walked around the city. The veil in the Temple of God tore in two, right down the middle. And, a great earthquake shook the entire city of Jerusalem. These supernatural events testified of Jesus. And, the soldiers standing near the cross said,

Mat 27:54 Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Jesus, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this was the Son of God.

An angel from Heaven visited Mary when she was pregnant with Jesus: And the angel answered and said unto her,

The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God. (Luke 1:35)

The disciple John, who walked with Jesus for three years says:

John 1:34 And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God.

When a young man of pure heart meets Jesus for the very first time,

John 1:49 Nathanael answered and saith unto him, Rabbi, thou art the Son of God; thou art the King of Israel.

Jesus speaking to his accusers on the day he was murdered:

John 10:36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?

Jesus refers to himself as the “Son of God”. Jesus raised Lazareth from the dead, and was glorified in that act:

John 11:4 When Jesus heard [that], he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby.

The fact that Jesus was raised from the dead by God ("the spirit of holiness") also testifies that Jesus is the Son of God:

Romans 1:4 And declared [to be] the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:

Here are some things former angels (cast from Heaven when they rebelled, and made crooked in body to match their hearts) said when talking to Jesus:

Mat 8:29 And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?

Mat 4:3 And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.

Luk 4:41 And devils also came out of many, crying out, and saying, Thou art Christ the Son of God. And he rebuking [them] suffered them not to speak: for they knew that he was Christ.

Who believes Jesus is the Son of God has God in him:

1 John 4:15 Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.

1Jo 5:5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?

Whoever says Jesus is NOT the Son of God, calls God a LIAR.

1Jo 5:10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.

1Jo 5:12 He that hath the Son hath life; [and] he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

1Jo 5:13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

1Jo 5:20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, [even] in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.

As a Child, did Jesus Know that He is the Son of God?

Jesus called God "Father" when he was just 12.

It is very likely Jesus knew that He is the Son of God from the time he was an infant. When Jesus was just 12, his family, returning to their home region with the mass of Jewish travelers leaving the Jerusalem census, left without him. (They he was with other family in the traveling group.) Joseph and Mary returned to Jerusalem and found him preaching at the Temple of the Lord. Jesus explained his actions:

"And he said unto them, How is it that you sought me? knew you not that I must be about my Father's business?" (John 2:49)

When Elizabeth heard Mary speak as Jesus was yet in Mary's womb, she became filled with the Holy Spirit as John the Baptist leapt in Elizabeth's womb. So, John was able to recognize the anointing of Jesus while both were yet in the wombs of their mothers!

What about prior to that? Was the divinity of Jesus known? Here is Luke chapter 1, verses 30 to 33:

"But the angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, you have found favor with God.You will be with child and give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus. He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David, and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever; his kingdom will never end."

So, Mary knew that Jesus would be called "Son of the Most High" before Jesus was even born. And, in verse 35, the angel responds to Mary's questions about how a single woman could have a child: "The angel answered, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God."

Mary knew her child's name before she was even pregnant: Jesus. And, Mary knew her child would be called "Son of God." Mary could have told little boy Jesus this information at any point in his life. So, as a child, did Jesus know He is the Son of God? It is very likely.

More likely, Jesus knew He is the Son of God the same way Peter knew: "no one has told you this but God." Jehovah Himself very likely ensured Jesus knew. Or, possibly, Jesus remembered things from before He became man.

Where in the Bible did Jesus say He is the Son of God?

In John 10:36 and in John 11:4, Jesus himself says he is the Son of God.

John 11:4 When Jesus heard [that], he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby.

John 10:36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?

Okay, Jesus is the Son of God. Now What?

Do you really want to know God and receive eternal life in Heaven?

Or, do you just want to live according to the religion into which you were born?

If you choose religion over God, you have nothing to do with God. Jesus said

Then said they unto him, Where is thy Father? Jesus answered, Ye neither know me, nor my Father: if ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also."

Who does not know Jesus, does not know God. That is scary, isn't it? If you truly desire to know God, you must recognize that Jesus is who he says he is- the Son of God. If you say Jesus is a prophet, then you agree that He cannot speak in error (a rule in Islam). Jesus said he is the ONLY way to Heaven, and there is no other way.

If you want to know God. If you want to go to Heaven, you must choose Jesus. He IS "the way, the truth, and the Light." (John 14:6)

With all my heart, I hope you will pray and ask Jesus to reveal himself to you. Speak to him as you would a loving brother. Ask him to be in your life, to show you the truth.

Do you think Jesus is the Son of God?

Jesus is the fulfillment of the law and all the prophets. Everything written in the law, and everything the prophets ever spoke and wrote was to lead people to Jesus. He is the only door to Heaven, and eternal life with my Heavenly Father.

The "corruption" line originates with the Satanists. What happened when the official "Bible" was compiled? They decided which histories, testimonies, and letters they wanted to make official church teachings. These have been vetted with older documents over the centuries.

I don't know about the Nag Hammadi. Well, I checked it out. I want you to know that you should expect many more "finds" like this. The Jesuits, who have ancient paper in their archives, are master forgers.

I have read prophecies from real Christians which warn of false relics being found. The goal is to rewrite Christian history so that Jesus will be portrayed as a space alien.

Paul warned us about this: demons disguising themselves as ministers, Satan as an angel of light, and preaching a different gospel.

Be careful what you believe! Read the KJV.

The Gospel was never finished because the Jews rejected Jesus. Jesus was the Messiah, which means he was the master teacher of the Gospel message. The "Roman" formalization of the bible only has a few of the Gospel books, and they are poor translations "corruption" of the original writtings. The Nag Hammadi Scriptures have many of the other Gospel writtings. And they are much better for understanding the teaching of Jesus.

kcosain: You are exactly the person for whom this article is written. Before you respond again, actually read the article. There are even Christians who believe Jesus never said He is the Son of God. Jesus explicitly said so. GOD said so. Men (by the Holy Spirit) said it. An angel told Mary. Even demons said Jesus is the Son of God/Messiah.

All you are standing on is something a person said. Whether you pondered it or not, the situation is this: You believe what men say rather than what God said.

"truthfinder", it helps to read the entire article. From the bottom:

Where in the Bible did Jesus say He is the Son of God?

In John 10:36 and in John 11:4, Jesus himself says he is the Son of God.

John 11:4 When Jesus heard [that], he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby.

John 10:36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?

*** These two are Jesus himself saying he is the "Son of God". The article also lists examples of when Almighty God states that Jesus is "My Son in whom I am well pleased."

If you still haven't acknowledged this, I have this question:

Why do you not want to know that Jesus is the Son of God? If it is true, what changes will this require in your life? Are you willing to make those changes to be right with God? Do you choose your current life over coming to God on His terms?

Passion: Praise God that you have come to salvation in Jesus Christ, the Messiah. Jesus said, "They will know you by your love for one another."

Of course, Muslims also love one another. I have seen great love for family in Kuwait, and in the Muslim men I met in Philadelphia and here in California.

The big difference is this: Christians also love their enemies. They bless those who curse them. We must remember that God does not care what religion we were born into (I was raised a catholic). He cares that we will learn HIS commandments, and obey them.

Praying for our enemies is the only action that separates us from those going to Hell.

In Matthew's testimony of his time with Jesus, he quoted Jesus as having said that the only ones getting into Heaven are the ones who obey God's commands. Just saying, "Lord, Lord" is not sufficient. (Matt 7:21)

It is permitted for Muslims to read the Bible. Chapter 7 of Matthew has some interesting points for people of all religions who want to truly be right with the God of Abraham.

(Don't accept my erlier comment I accidently posted it too early from my phone)

Man from modesto: I just want to thank you a lot for this article and for the brilliant comments! I am very tired of seeing people talk ill about christianity.. Actually it really annoys me when people who claim they have "studied" the bible come with false accusations which clearly proove that they haven't even read the first papers from GT and NT. Christianity is all about love! how can you not respect this beleive?

I am actually converting to christianity.

I didn't belong to any religion before. The reason why I didn't want to is because I tought religion were segregating humans, my family never cared to baptize me either... But then I happened to study at a catholic school and the people from this association were so open in their hearts and full of love for everyone no matter if you were a muslim, hindu, jew or whatever. However I did not only study christianity our religion teacher was very good in teaching us in all main religions. I have read the quran and the bible.

For me christianity is the most loving and logic religion. It's all about love. God is love , Jesus was love in human form and he is the way. To be reunited with the father you have to be clean from hate, you will automatically become drawn away from him the more hate you have in your heart.. Jesus is rather a victim than the one who sanctions violence, he is rather sacrifised for the love he has for us all. He knew what was going to happened all the time, and when they tortured him he always turned the other cheek, he let them torture and mock him, he never expressed any hate, in fact he praid for their forgivness. He said "forgive them father, they don't know what they're doing". His heart was always filled with love. This event became symbolic to us all, we will never forget his sacrifise, we will never forget his state of mind!

His trial was documented by the romans and jews. it was all written by the non-christians, even the miracle which happened after his death. At this time it was VERY common to crucify criminals, so I don't understand why muslims find it soo hard to beleive that he was crucified? Not only that he was also very tortured, he suffered from all cruelty you could get from mankind. He was not treated the same as the other criminals. He suffered the most

Through the son we saw love with our own eyes in human form, through the spirit he is present around us all the time, and the almighty power of the father created us. 3 components with different functions is the same thing= love. This is also common in nature:

The egg (the biggest cell) has the yolk which is the baby, and the eggwhite which is the provider, the shell which is the protector, different components with different dutys which makes it ONE thing an egg (cell). This is very simple to understand, yet many muslims love to make this sound confusing and stupid. The bible was NOT written by a bunch of morons who forgot what was written in the previous chapter!

It was a natural movement of my heart to become a christian. Just as it is natural for humans to breath, it is natural for me to walk this way through praying and living my life as close to love as possible, and jesus is my way to the father.

The people who say that mohammed completes the words of god and that the other reigions misunderstood gods words are wrong. I understand that you beleive in this because islam say this. It also says in the first suras of quran that "the ones who denies the truth (islam) shall die!" This is one of the first sharia laws.. Jesus removed all the jewish laws, he said that you shall be judge the same way you judge, because if you kill a murdurer you will also end up being a murdurer. and that is not right, So I understand the religious muslims who claim that they "respect" other religions when they dont (trashtalk etc) because this is what the quran says... Mohammed sure was a great person, but he contradicts whole christianity by his actions: He spread his religion with war and cruel violence, = christianity is against violence and murder, he married over 50 wifes, = incording to the bibel the married couple a man and a woman becomes ONE, and you can not become ONE with so many wifes. the first mosque the holy kaaba was a religious center for all religions, he took over it with violence and most old mosques were originally churchs. the design of the mosque comes from the old churches, the muslims just removed the cross from the top (just look up examples like the church Hagia Sofia),= You will NEVER ever in your life find a church that have ben a mosque before and was taken with violence because NO real christians would even pray there with this on their conscience ... And now it seems like many muslims are spreading their religion by trashtalking on other religions.. why not just spread it with love? Jesus never talked ill about other believes when he showed the people knowledge, so why not do the same? Don't misunderstand me, I know there are good muslims out there, but this I am telling them who does this. I have seen it many times and I see it almost every day!

Another example: I know a guy who became a muslim in an hour. He heared some trashtalk about christianity from an imam, and this imam brainwashed him with false information about the bible and everything, he picked up quotes and from the bible example: ,, he claims it's an incest religion. why? because of a quote from the bible. What he didn't know is that the first humans from the OT married eachother because there were no other humans, when the population increased god said to the people not to marry anyone who is closely related to you. thats why christians dont marry their cousins.. now he believes a bunch of lies about christianity. And he converted into islam within an hour. For me to convert into christianity it took almost a year. I studied the religion with proffessors and priests everyday at school and in church! They did not want to baptize me until they really knew I was fully ready and believed it with every ounce of my heart. So in my eperience it seems harder to convert into christianity than it is to convert into islam, yet christianity is the worlds largest religion which was spread with only love!

Religion can either empower you or break you. If you see it as a beautiful philosophy of life which empowers you with love then it shall bring you hapiness. If you see it as politics, laws, science, etc it will segregate you and never give space for democracy..

Its sad what is happening. We used to be brothers and sisters, We all came from same man and woman, yet we still just look at our differences. Lets just STOP with the trashtalk and start spreading gods words with only LOVE instead. Love is the only way, not hate!

Syed Mehrzad, Welcome to my hub! I have no need to read again the Quran. The first book of God's people, the Torah, mentions over and over and over again one thing: The Redeemer, the Messiah, the Christ. The Christian Bible also has this great focus: The Redeemer and Promised One, who is Jesus.

The Quran barely mentions Jesus, and demotes Jesus to being only a prophet, and not the Son of God. Instead, Mohammed is elevated, and mentioned always in conjunction with the name you use for God. Muslims say, "There is only one god, and Mohammed is his prophet".

Jesus said, "If my kingdom were of this world, then would my people fight." Islam teaches jihad, to convert the "house of war" to Islam by the sword. Do those seem like thoughts from the same author?

Islam teaches that Jesus is a prophet. And, Islam says that a prophet cannot err (and so whatever Mohammed did in his life is doctrine for behaviour of modern Muslims). So, Jesus was not able to err, according to Muslim doctrine.

Jesus said the HE alone is the ONLY way to Heaven. Jesus said two more things interesting to all Muslims:

      1. Whoever rejects Jesus as the Son of God also rejects God, and has never known God. (Basically, Jesus says Muslims do not know God. And, Islam says Jesus could not have been wrong when he spoke. So...? )

      2. Jesus told his followers, "In fact, a time is coming when those who kill you will think they are doing God a favor. 3 They will do things like that because they do not know the Father or me. "

Muslims kill Christians, thinking they are doing God a favor. But, what does Jesus say about this?

This is a hard challenge for those in Islam. However, for those who truly do desire to know God the Father, all truth is a blessing.

I sincerely hope you will be set free and live a life of love and joy, in the arms of my loving Father in Heaven. Peace.

Man from Modesto, you need to read the Glorious Qur'an again. You have no idea what your talking about and the Quran and Bible are similar. And salvation is mentioned. It says that you must repent your sins to Allah the All-Merciful/ live good life/pray and you will have eternity in heaven.

A pervert: When I was yet a heathen, believing in "one God by many names", I read every religion, as much as I could. As a former Arabic translator for the Marines, I read the Quran in both english and Arabic (which is about 40% words no one uses in common speech... so you have to use a heavy dictionary to do that).

Here is what you need to know about the Quran:

      1. It contains many direct quotes from the Torah, the New Testament, Zoroastrianism, and the Bhagavad Gita.

      2. It is called "the correction" to the Bible... but, the Bible mentions salvation hundreds of times. The Quran never mentions it. They are not about the same thing. God's Word brings freedom. The Quran brings bondage.

      3. Both the Quran and the Bible have this saying, "You can tell a tree by its fruit." Knowing that the ROMAN Catholic (a word meaning "universal"-it is mixed with paganism) Empire is NOT Christian, look at the fruit of Christians and look at the fruit of Muslims. Which is a good tree and which is a bad tree? (hint: Christians don't pour acid on their ex-wives. hint2: We are not involved in 98% of every war in the last 50 years- Muslims are.)

remember that on Judgement Day, we will be judged according to our own actions not on how many people we can convince in what we believe in or how much we can attach another person's belief so we can feel good. before you post such a bold statement about the Qur'an, read it and be enlightened.

May God's peace be with you.

The Quran is NOT from God. The one who seeks God Almighty must NOT mix. The Torah mentions the Redeemer, the Promised One, over and over and over. The New Testament (the gospels, plus letters and accounts) mentions Jesus over and over and over again. The main theme in these two is obeying God, redemption by the Redeemer (=Jesus), aka the Messiah, and avoiding sinful temptation.

The Quran never mentions redemption at all. It omits the Messiah, and even lies, saying that Jesus never died on the cross.

Saying the Quran is in line with the Torah and the New Testament is like saying Geometry and Calculus are followed by the Tales of Huckleberry Finn.

You make an excellent point. Jesus is named to be the Son of God, the Son of the Most High, and other titles which clearly identify Him as the only begotten son. Those who reject this typically have one thing in common: They are not seeking to know God. If they were, they would read the Bible (the Injil, for Muslims), and they would see what was prophesied thousands of years before Jesus' life, and what was said and done in the life of Jesus. And, those who truly desire it will see the truth of who Jesus is, and that there is no other way to God.

I have listed several examples in this very article. Did you read it?

If you deny that Jesus is the Son of God, then you have never known Jesus, and you have never known God, either:

1Jo 5:12 He that hath the Son hath life; [and] he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

The "life" mentioned here is eternal life, which is received after Judgment Day. The "death" that is solidified on Judgment Day (and after your physical body perishes) is separation from God.

You must end your rebellion against God - rejection of God's salvation plan which is ONLY through Jesus - or suffer eternal separation from God, in a burning lake of fire.

Matthew 5:9 clearly is in the future tense, “SHALL BE called the sons of God”. This is true, Jesus is the first, and those who believe in Jesus as the Son of God, and obey His commands, which are light, will become children of God. We call God “Father” when we pray.

Isaiah 49:1-13 clearly refers to Isaiah as a “servant”. Your use of this scripture in support of the argument “Jesus is not the only son of God” is misplaced.

Mat 15:22-28 is again referring to the physical children of Abraham. The woman who came to Jesus asking help was a “woman of Canaan.” I checked several versions of Matthew 15:22. I checked ASV, NIV, NKJV, KJV, the NLT, and Young’s Literal Translation. They all call her a “Canaanite”, “woman of Canaan” or “Gentile”. Whoever wrote this list intentionally omitted the reference to her not being a child of Abraham in order to confuse the meaning from a physical meaning to a spiritual one. The original author, you or whoever you have taken this from, is a liar, bending the truth.

John 12:49 refers to a servant, not a son. There is no point, except to make your list appear formidable, when it is weak and only able to fool those who do not study scripture, or who do not really desire to truly seek after God, but to justify their own beliefs. Isaiah was a servant only. Only after Jesus was crucified did Isaiah become a son, as we are today. Actually, Jesus told his followers that a servant is only told what to do, but with a son, God shares his plans. God told Abraham His plans concerning Sodom. He told Isaiah what would come as well. So, who can clearly say what God’s heart toward Isaiah was? Just because, at this one point, God called Isaiah “servant”, we cannot infer the totality of God’s heart toward Isaiah.

Mat 8:20- by showing that Jesus had more than one title, you are not able to take away any of His other titles. Jesus is BOTH the Son of God and the Son of Man. He is also Savior, Redeemer, Christ, prophet, healer, servant, teacher… and many other things.

Mat 17, John 7:17-18 and John 8:49- These show Jesus referring to God as “my God.” Again, you pretend that Jesus, and now God, can have only one title! God is BOTH the Father and God to Jesus. Jesus many times opens prayer saying, “My Father in Heaven…” You cannot pick and choose which scriptures you desire to believe. It is all or none. If you want to take some out of context, and distort others into saying what you want, do you really know God at all?

In quoting Isaiah 12:2, you have ADDED the words, “Jesus said”. How much of a liar do you have to be to take a scripture written by Isaiah, many hundreds of years before Jesus was ever born, and then attribute it to be something Jesus said? You deceive yourself. Worse, you deceive others. God does not like that!

In quoting Luke 3:38, you have again found a completely corrupted misquote. Here is the KJV:

Which was [the son] of Enos, which was [the son] of Seth, which was [the son] of Adam, which was [the son] of God.

The brackets show where [words have been added]. There are NO Greek words to correspond to the words shown. The Greek only says “Adam which was of God”. Adam was created by God. But, Adam was not a son at that time. Jesus is the “only begotten son.” (John 3:16) A son can only become a son through Jesus. Jesus is the first fruit.

The worst thing about all these distortions, misquotes, and additions, is that you also have to IGNORE all the scriptures which clearly and plainly say that Jesus is the Son of God. You have chosen to believe what you believe. If you will change your mind, and desire to know the Truth, scripture promises, “seek and you will find” (Mat 7:7).

All of these "children of God" are become children to God through Jesus. Even before Jesus came and was crucified as the "only begotten son", some were set aside to be justified by Jesus. Without Jesus, there is no other way. In Luke 20:36, for example, the "children" mentioned are those who rise after the first resurrection. The first resurrection consists of all the people who had their heads cut off because they refused to drop their faith and testimony of Jesus Christ.

"Israel" is a term you have not understood. It is bigger than "Jacob". Jacob was renamed to Israel as a representative of what was to come. Through Jacob, all the (physical) descendants of Abraham came. Through Jesus, all the (spiritual) true descendants of Abraham are coming.

According to the Biblical term in the Old and New Testaments, every God- fearing righteous person is called 'Son of God'. In Matthew 5:9 we read:

"Blessed are the peace-makers, for they shall be called the children of God."

Some people mistakenly thought that the disciples called Jesus Son of God. An inconsistency of translation actually helped to give this wrong impression. In the King James Bible, the translators call Jesus ‘Son of God’ in Acts 3:13, 26, and ‘child of God’ in Acts 4:27. They simply translated the Greek word paida as ‘son’ or ‘child’. But the word paida also means ‘servant’, and the present context demands this translation since the author of Acts is trying in this passage to establish that Jesus is indeed the servant of God.

1)Bible says The first son of God is Adam, it says like this: Adam which was the son of God. (Luke 3:38)

      2) With weeping they shall come, and with pleas for mercy I will lead them back,

I will make them walk by brooks of water,in a straight path in which they shall not stumble, for I am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is my firstborn. Jeremiah 31:9

      3) I will proclaim the LORD’s decree: He said to me(David), “You are my son;

today I have become your father. (Psalms 2:7)

"I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me(david), Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.) (Psalms 2:7)

      4) 22Then you shall say to Pharaoh, 'Thus says the LORD, Israel(Jacob) is my firstborn son, (Exodus 4:22)

      5) He (Solomon) is the one who will build a house for my Name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever. 14 I will be his father, and he will be my son. When he does wrong, I will punish him with a rod wielded by men, with floggings inflicted by human hands. (2 Samuel 7:13-14)

Also the angels are sons of God that says bible:

      Luke 20:36

36 for they cannot die anymore, because they are equal to angels and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection.

"In those days Jesus came from Nazareth in Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan. Immediately coming up out of the water, He saw the heavens opening, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon Him; and a voice came out of the heavens: 'You are My beloved Son, in You I AM WELL-PLEASED.'" Mark 1:9-11

      Genesis 6:2-4

the sons of God saw that the daughters of humans were beautiful, and they married any of them they chose. 3 Then the LORD said, “My Spirit will not contend with[a] humans forever, for they are mortal[b]; their days will be a hundred and twenty years.”

4 The Nephilim were on the earth in those days—and also afterward—when the sons of God went to the daughters of humans and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown.

There are five more sons of God bible made all prophets son of God like made the prophet Jesus . so i have an advice be carefull in what you believe before be late if you want to see the only truth there is only one solution and that is ?slam. The only one monotheism ?slam.

      Isaiah 12:2

      New International Version (NIV)

Jesus said: Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The LORD, the LORD himself, is my strength and my defense[a he has become my salvation.”

Acts 3:26 - To you first, God, having raised up His Servant Jesus, sent Him to bless you, in turning every one of you away from his iniquities.

      Jesus is servant of God

“God raised up his servant” (Acts 3:26), where the title servant refers to Jesus.

Acts 3:26 - To you first, God, having raised up His Servant Jesus, sent Him to bless you, in turning every one of you away from his iniquities.

Clear verses that Jesus is servant of God:

Isaiah 49:1-13 - Listen to me, you islands; hear this, you distant nations; Before I was born the LORD called me; from my birth he has made mention of my name. He made my mouth like sharpened sword, in the shadow of his hand he hid me; he made me into a polished arrow and concealed me in his quiver. He said to me, "You are my servant, Israel, in whom I will display my splendor." But I said, "I have labored to no purpose; I have spent my strength in vain and for nothing. Yet what is due me is in the LORD's hand, and my reword is with my God." And now the LORD says - he who formed me in the womb to be his servant to bring Jacob back to him and gather Israel to himself, for I am honored in the eyes of the LORD and my God has been my strength - he says: "It is too small a thing for you to be my servant to restore the tribes of Jacob and bring back those of Israel I have kept. I will also make you a light for the Gentiles, that you may bring my salvation to the ends of the earth." This is what the LORD says - the Redeemer and Holy One of Israel - to him who was despised and abhorred by the nation, to the servant of rulers; "Kings will see you and rise up, princes will see and bow down, because of the LORD, who is faithful, the Holy One of Israel, who has chosen you." This is what the LORD says: "In the time of my favor I will answer you, and in the day of salvation I will help you; I will keep you and will make you to be a covenant for the people, to restore the land and to reassign its desolate inheritances, to say to the captives, 'Come out,' and to those in darkness, 'Be free!' They will feed beside the roads and find pasture on every barren hill. They will neither hunger nor thirst, nor will the desert heat or the sun beat upon them. He who has compassion on them will guide them and lead them beside springs of water. I will turn all my mountains into roads, and my highways will be raised up. See, they will come from afar - some from the north, some from the west, some from the region of Aswan. Shout for joy, O heavens, rejoice, O earth; burst into song, O mountains! For the LORD comforts his people and will have compassion on his afflicted ones.

Anyone who chooses to do the will of God will find out whether my teaching comes from God or whether I speak on my own. 18 Whoever speaks on their own does so to gain personal glory, but he who seeks the glory of the one who sent him is a man of truth; there is nothing false about him. John 7:17-18

      Jesus said:

God, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done.” Luke 22:42

If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my God’s commands and remain in his love. John 15:10

"And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, 'Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? (My God, My God, why hast Thou forsaken me?)'" - Matthew 27:46

Jesus Christ, to do the work of God as Mediator, was sent on a long journey, as far as it is from heaven to earth, and was thereby exposed to much difficulty, and great hardships, from men and devils. He was persecuted from place to place, his life being often in jeopardy; he had no place where to lay his head; and was at last most basely betrayed and put to death,

Jesus replied, “Foxes have dens and birds have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay his head.” Matthew 8:20

Jesus Christ, as God’s Servant, sought not his own glory. “I honour my God John 8:49 answered, I have not a devil; but I honour my God and ye do dishonour me.

“If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself. He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh his glory that sent him, the same is true,” John 7:17-18 [17] If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself. [18] He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh his glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.

God, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done.” Luke 22:42

      John 12:49

For I did not speak on my own, but the God who sent me commanded me to say all that I have spoken.

If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my God’s commands and remain in his love. John 15:10

      Matthew 15:22-28 -

Then came she and worshipped him, saying, 'Lord, help me.' But he answered and said, 'It is not meet to take the children's bread and to cast it to dogs.'
