Journey Back To Eden: The Fall of Woman Pt. 2

Updated on December 1, 2013

“Now the serpent was subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he (the serpent) said unto the woman, ‘Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? And the woman said unto the serpent, ‘We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:” Genesis 3:1-2

In our study we have been looking at some things of interest in the early chapters of Genesis, gaining insightful understanding of God, His creation, and of man. If one concludes that this is all there is to glean from Genesis or any other book of the Bible, he/she will surely walk away unfulfilled in hearing the depth of what God has to say unto all who search for Him.

Genesis is a Book that was inspired by the inspiration of God: “ALL Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that THE MAN OF GOD may be COMPLETE, THOROUGHLY EQUIPPED FOR EVERY GOOD WORK” (II Tim.3:16-17) When it is said of the Scriptures that they are GIVEN BY INSPRIATION, it means they are GOD BREATHED, and if this is so, and it is, then they (THE INSPIRED SCRIPTURES) must be understood in the same capacity they are given, the breath of God must enlighten us, for until this happens, we will do what men have done for ages, come away with a serpentine interpretation of what is written, which keeps one operating in the shadows of truth. Genesis chapters one, two and three are parables, which point to a heavenly truth, presented in the form of an earthly story, to reveal to the hearer of the parable the message that God compels one to search its meaning.

Our subject matter here is no different; we must understand THE HIDDEN MANNA of Genesis, for God has much to say unto us that are willing to enter in and HEAR WHAT THE SPIRIT SAYS UNTO THE CHURCH. The Woman of Genesis was taken out of man and separated in her form as man with a womb. She was every bit man, yet she was altogether different, she was the feminine side of man, emotional, inquisitive, and hungry to have her questions answered. She was seductive, a deep never ending well, an abyss representing the soul of all men. She was virgin, innocent, void of experiences but open to them, because as the type of the soul separated from the spirit, she is un-directed, and un-censored in her desire. When man made the declaration that woman was “BONE OF HIS BONE,” he was affirming that her essence is of his essence, and as “FLESH OF HIS FLESH,” she is simply him in another form.

Genesis has much to say unto us, however for the moment let’s zero in on the truth surrounding this feminine Adam, she is a type of soul, in her state before the fall, and she is virgin. Just like in Revelation 12, the woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, is a picture of the virgin soul (VIRGO). When we think of virgin we see them as sexually pure, un-touched, and un-spotted – innocent. Adam is descriptive of both the man and the woman, and each holds within them a certain level of innocence before the fall. When God created Adam, he was spirit, and soul all rolled up in one form; he held within his form both the masculine and feminine qualities of being; he was spirit and soul, positioned in innocence (NAKED and not aware).

He was neither hungry nor full, good nor bad, strong nor weak, he was simply ADAM, however God in His infinite wisdom presented Adam with an opportunity to gaze upon his feminine body and his spirit body, Adam after being placed in a deep sleep (Gen.2:21) was separated into male and female, man and woman, husband and wife; all for the glory of the LORD God to display His great and wonderful plan of gathering everything that is separated into the highest form of togetherness, THE TWAIN SHALL BECOME ONE.

How is this to take place?

The virgin soul must become wooed into place by the inviting spirit. The virgin now becomes a bride of her husband, she must be captivated by the voice of the bridegroom calling and bidding her to come away. The woman or the virgin soul is always in the posture of searching, longing, needing, which can be a positive way to be, however, it can also be a negative quality to possess.

And the day that the serpent (THE ORIGINAL DEVIL) spoke to her, he was speaking to her un-tapped virgin desires. He whispered to the woman, “YEA, HATH GOD SAID…?

The serpent imposed a question: an interrogative expression often used to TEST KNOWLEDGE.

What knowledge is being tested in the woman?

Answer: Her knowledge of WHAT GOD HAS SAID.

The serpent has no new tactics or tricks up his sleeves, he uses the same old dusty methods to get access to our thoughts by imposing questions to test our knowledge of what God has said.

Unfortunately, we are faced with the same dilemma, as was the woman, we find ourselves mixing truth with half truth, which ultimately leads to eating the wrong MANNA! The Bible clearly states, “He that is JOINED (glued together, cemented, fastened together) unto the Lord is one spirit” (I Corinthians 6:17). To thwart this enemy of the soul, there must be a connection with Christ our Husband. Cleaving to religion will not enable us to overcome such a cunning spokesman of deception, such as is the case with the slithering serpent of carnality.

ADAM: VIRGIN NO MORE

It must be understood that the woman represents on a personal scale the soul, prophetically she represents the corporate church collectively, and spiritually she points to the church individually, and all aspects of gazing at this first woman of scripture reveals the intent of God to unveil her as un-managed desire, a soul, a body, an awareness that is void of spiritual influence in the form of her husband. During the woman’s conversation with the serpent (THE ORIGINAL DEVIL), the husband is silent, he is not apart of the conversation, it is simply the woman and the serpent going back and forth in dialog.

That which is virgin is now being sensationalized into failing the KNOWLEDGE TEST of what God has said. She was engaged in conversation with the whisperer, - a hypnotist!

When the woman began to engage in conversation with the whisperer, (the serpent), she opened herself up to questions and sensations that were, for the most part, un-checked by her husband (man). The woman represents our souls, and our soul is the seat of desire. When the woman laid eyes on the forbidden fruit after yielding her EAR GATE to the masterful cunning of the serpent she, through her EYE GATE, saw the tree of the knowledge of good and evil as a tree that was 1) GOOD FOR FOOD 2) PLEASANT TO THE EYES 3) SOMETHING TO BE DESIRED TO MAKE ONE WISE (PROSPER – HAVE SUCCESS) 4) SOMETHING THAT WAS TASTY AND TO BE SHARED

The woman began her decent into the lower nature of man, she was going deeper into the pits of desire, she was awakening to “THIS WORLD” a world filled with imagery, sensation, appetite and; a host of other things that jockey for her affection. She was being sucked in by her own ability to be deceived. She was engaging in infidelity, and great whoredom. Today this same tactic is heavily showcased in the church; we have many, many virgins (saved souls) that are not following on to be married to the bridegroom, instead they have been seduced by truth and half truth that question what God has said. Instead of allowing the bridegroom to enter into the bed chamber with His beloved collectively and individually, the bride has been polluted with ritual and ceremony missing the invitation to the greatest of all invitations: THE MARRIAGE SUPPER OF THE LAMB, which for most is a futuristic event.

The soul (the woman, the soul, the church) is invited to partake of the oneness of the Lord, but she is too busy with fulfilling her own desire. The soul is laboring for the meat that perishes, and because of it, the eternal soul is brought low into the realm of the serpent, presented with endless satisfaction of the dust of the ground: FLESH (THE SERPENT’S FOOD).

“Stop toiling and doing and producing for the food that perishes and decomposes [in the using], but strive and work and produce rather for the [lasting] food which endures [continually] unto life eternal; the Son of Man will give (furnish) you that, for God the Father has authorized and certified Him and put His seal of endorsement upon Him” (John 6:27 Amplified).

When the woman partook of the forbidden fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, she ate of the fruit of death; however the area of concern that I wish to shed some light on has to do with the very fact that the soul (woman) is filled with whispering in the form of the serpent.

Have you ever heard a voice talking to you, yet no one was around? And when you heard this voice, did it sound like your own voice, whispering, questioning, and raising doubts within you?

The soul is a hot bed of questions and whisperings that produce searching within us that can sometimes lead down the wrong path. The human soul is filled with infidelity, and an unbridled ability to entertain many lovers. Many in the church world have fallen victim to the deception that their involvement in church activity and ritual has somehow preserved their acceptance into the faith. The soul conversion is only complete when she becomes JOINED, to the Christ.

The message to the seven churches in the Book of Revelation is about less church activity and more overcoming. Seven times the message is heralded to the listeners, “HE THAT HAS AN EAR LET HIM HEAR, WHAT THE SPIRIT SAYS UNTO THE CHURCHES” (individually and collectively [ref Rev. 2:7; 2:11; 2:17; 2:29; 3:6; 3:13; 3:29). The Holy Spirit role in our life is to sanctify us by the Truth, and in order to accomplish this, HE must expose the Adamic nature to His holy, yet, purifying fire (Romans 5:16; I Peter 1:2; II Thes. 2:13). Being morally good will not settle for us, the conflict of the soul and the spirit, we need TRANSFORMATION (Rom.12:1-2).
