Rational Observation confirms Design
Our senses point us to Creation
Although I was trained in the sciences, this in no way led me to be agnostic or atheistic. Rather, the predictability in the physical and chemical laws suggest that there is order. If anyone takes the time to think, order is not spontaneous, it requires a structured focus, an implementation, a goal and a plan to achieve desired results.
Yes, one of the greatest supporters of design, is modern science.
You mention homosexuality, you rightly state that it has been around [it is evidently increasing at an alarming rate]. Evolution, if it was a valid concept, would have led to organ specialization by now, resulting in perhaps hermaphroditism, autogamy or self-fertilization. But what prevails? Only significantly lower lifeforms like protozoans exhibit this trait. The fact remains homosexuality is a deviant behavior. One does not need the Bible, to see this, and if one thinks that discrediting the Bible, Jehovah's thoughts, will somehow change reality, then such ones look to the ostrich for wisdom.
It was never my intention to have pointless interaction with anyone. Science has not and cannot invalidate the reality of a Creator. Contrary to what many atheists seem to think, the Bible can be validated, and I shall do the neighborly thing by advising how it can be done.
1. The 5300 manuscript copies [MSS] representing the Christian Greek Scriptures ['New testament'], and the over 6000 manuscript copies representing the Hebrew Scriptures ['Old Testament'], provide significant proof of accuracy of transmission, in ancient Hebrew, Aramaic, and Koine Greek.
2. A careful comparison of the many translations in English [or whatever native tongue], reveals some differences in renderings, the most notable errors are in the KJV [and other translations that utilized the Textus Receptus as a source for translating]. Comparing 1 John 5:7 [Comma Johanneum], Revelation 1:11, and 1 Timothy 3:16, in the KJV vs. NLT, NIV, etc., will reveal notable differences.
3. It stands to reason that any controversial text should be compared in various translations.
4. Those texts that are clear and unambiguous, should be taken as precedence over texts that are ambiguous, in determining or defining a point. Example, the entire Bible supports that God is one.
